Unfortunately, after the repair I immediately noticed a new repetitive squeaking/grinding noise from the wheel and aggressive vibration when braking at higher speeds. I contacted the shop about the issue and was initially told that it was likely a coincidence and that I would need to make another appointment. I later had the vehicle inspected independently and eventually disassembled the rear brakes for inspection and replacement of the pads and rotors. Once everything was apart, the problem became very clear. The two replacement wheel studs that had been installed were not the correct application/specification for my Kia's hub. Although the thread size worked, the studs were intended for a different vehicle and did not seat properly in the hub. Because they were not sitting flush, the brake rotor could not sit flat against the hub. The rotor visibly wobbled when rotated and was actually contacting/grinding against the brake hardware. One of the brake pads at the affected wheel was also completely worn down to the metal backing plate, while the pads on the opposite rear wheel still had substantial material remaining. I inspected the caliper slide pins during the brake job and they were moving freely. What concerns me most is that the rotor interference was noticeable simply by spinning the rotor by hand. The grinding was obvious, and the vehicle was returned to me without this being caught. The car also was not road-tested afterward, which likely would have revealed the noise and braking vibration. I understand that mistakes can happen during repairs, but I expected the correct application-specific wheel studs to be installed and the work to be checked before the vehicle was returned to me. I ended up having to have a third party diagnose the problem, obtain another inspection, and redo the rear brake work and stud work to fix the issue. I also want to add that during this process the mechanics at this auto shop disconnected my dash cam without my consent, not once was I informed that my camera was disconnected and did not find out until the next day, I'm not sure why the shop would touch my property without permission without obtaining approval first, another issue I had was a foul odor in my car when it was returned. Based on my experience, I would never return here for future repairs.

The service guy at the counter asked if I wanted a new air filter and wiper blades and quoted me a price range for both. I agreed as I needed both and he checked them off on his little tablet. I gave him my keys and he gave me a receipt tag and I left. 25 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. Picked it up and wanted at the counter for 22 minutes before an attendant even showed up. Finally a 2nd guy showed up Im guessing after his lunch break. When they rang up my total it was only $52 so I knew then they just did the oil change and none of the other items that I requested. I was late for an appointment so couldn't stay and question it. An hour later I looked at my bill in detail and saw where the technician noted that the didn't replace the oil filter because they didn't have that model in house???!!! So they drained my oil, added 6 quarts with a dirty oil filter and charged me for a full oil change! I tried calling 4 times since then and the phone just rings. Ridiculous way to run a business.

The job is always finished in a lot less time than quoted. I feel comfortable that things were done right when I leave. I would like to use a dealership or locally owned business but have been ripped off too many times. And the price? More than fair, I saved $15 per tire for a comparable set.

Their warranty service is seamless and they don't usually tell you no if you have a problem. I will happily use this place for service, and am glad to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and a place to maintain it. Be warned you're paying for a dealer grade oil change and it will be 20-30% higher than AAA, but you're getting manufacturer approved materials and dealer trained techs. They also always wash my car which is a nice touch.

I assumed the other items need to be done at a later date, but nope those other items are working fine. When you go to a small town business that does things right, they are going to be busy. I have no qualms about going for an appointment and if circumstances have changed (staff is out, jobs are backed up, suppliers not on time) then asking if it's a good day or does it need rescheduling is fine by me. Communication is key.
