Service team is great, the advisors are helpful and courteous and they will even drive you home and come pick you up in a brand new Atlas if you need a ride. I will happily use this place for service, and am glad to recommend them to anyone looking for a car and a place to maintain it. Be warned you're paying for a dealer grade oil change and it will be 20-30% higher than AAA, but you're getting manufacturer approved materials and dealer trained techs. They also always wash my car which is a nice touch.

The service guy at the counter asked if I wanted a new air filter and wiper blades and quoted me a price range for both. I agreed as I needed both and he checked them off on his little tablet. I gave him my keys and he gave me a receipt tag and I left. 25 minutes later I got a text that my car was ready. Picked it up and wanted at the counter for 22 minutes before an attendant even showed up. Finally a 2nd guy showed up Im guessing after his lunch break. When they rang up my total it was only $52 so I knew then they just did the oil change and none of the other items that I requested. I was late for an appointment so couldn't stay and question it. An hour later I looked at my bill in detail and saw where the technician noted that the didn't replace the oil filter because they didn't have that model in house???!!! So they drained my oil, added 6 quarts with a dirty oil filter and charged me for a full oil change! I tried calling 4 times since then and the phone just rings. Ridiculous way to run a business.

I came in this visit to grab some sealant for a project and knew what I was looking for until I arrived at the Aisle and quickly realized there was way more options than I had anticipated and while I knew what project we were going to use it for it was for some 3d printed materials not auto parts therefore the packaging wasn't going to be much help. I pulled out my phone and called husband to ask what I actually was sent to get when someone approached asking if they could help I told husband I would call him back if I needed more help and the guy told me to ask specifically what it was for before I hung up the phone. I explained to him our purpose and he explained the different colors purpose and his personal experience and so I settled on one and then bought a different one too just in case. Look NO further!!!…read more In case you don't want to read, here's the summary: AFFORDABLE. FAST. FRIENDLY. PROFESSIONAL. FLAWLESS. -- I called Mr T's shop about a week before I got the windows on my Corolla tinted. I was quoted a very reasonable and fair price for all windows (not the windshield) over the phone. I talked to many different staff members over the phone each time I called to ask various questions. Each was professional, helpful, and friendly. Not to mention knowledgeable of the shop's procedures, pricing, and services. The day before my appointment, Mr T called and asked if I could bring my car in a day early, but I couldn't. They were overbooked. The shop was understanding and didn't try to shift around my appointment or anything like other shops might have. I took my car in at opening time (9 AM) and mentioned the ad on the website. Just a mere 3 hours later, my car was returned to the lot outside in the same condition as I handed it over. The only difference was, now, my beautiful 4 doors and rear window were tinted. Mr T called me and I went in. I initially expected I might have to argue because they would charge me more than the quoted price... however, they rang me up for the *same, affordable* price given over the phone. Mr T. gave me a small instructional paper that told me how to care for my new tint. He asked how I liked my tint, and I told him it was beautiful. He recommended their other services, including remote start which he gave an estimated price for. I'll definitely be going HERE if I decide to have that done. Again, if you want your car to look as stunning as mine, look no further than Mr T's Auto Craft, located conveniently in the heart of Downtown Dayton.
