After my car unexpectedly died over the weekend, I realized I was way overdue for a new battery, and initially thought to go to auto zone, but a friend said they'd overcharge me. So I went to this O'Reilly's because it was the closest to where I was that day. Dennis helped me find the battery I needed, gave me a discount through my company, and offered to install the battery. But it doesn't stop there. Upon taking my battery out he realized the issue was much more severe than I previously thought. My negative terminal had partially separated from the coils because it was so old (7+ years) and had been leaking a significant amount of battery acid...two inches of it to be exact was just sitting in the battery compartment. He could have sent me away, but he and Matt grabbed soda powder from the back and poured it all in the compartment to soak up the acid and then vacuumed it out. It took a significant amount of time that they didn't have to give me, but I was so incredibly grateful not just for Dennis's cleaning and installation of it but also taking the time to explain what was going on and what I should do in the future. They both were kind and did not talk down to me, as is common in the car-world to women, and this I almost appreciated more than anything. Matt even recommended a good mechanic to me who could take a good look at anything else that could have been affected. After Dennis was done soaking up and vacuuming up the acid, he installed the battery and sealed it with some grease, etc. I could not have had a better experience and will be driving out of my way (30+ minutes) from now on to visit this specific location next time I need something. These guys rock.

I know I have a bad oil leak and needed more break fluid, thanks to my dad walking me through those steps on how to figure out what my car needed. I went to auto zone - as it is the closest to my house and they just didn't want to help me, I brought in my used oil container and they sent me to O'reilly...where I was then met by Kent, he was gladly to help me and he did all the research to make sure I was getting the right oil, the right breaker fluid for my car. I will never make the mistake of going somewhere other than O'Reilly's again! Thank you Kent!

Clark Auto has been helping me out for over two years now and I am continually impressed with the knowledge of the staff and the amount of inventory they carry on the premises. Which is saying a lot because for a long time I was not a fan of the NAPA Auto Parts stores but it seems they have made some improvements over the years. Some good reasons why I like this place: 1. They keep their prices at a reasonable level, unlike Baxter's these days. 2. I have watched them serve women there and they do it with patience and understanding. Some women are intimidated by parts stores and rightly so, they can be. Unlike Schucks, these guys don't make women feel intimidated. 3. They give you at least a 7% discount just for showing your AAA Card, sometimes more. Unlike Mike's or Carquest. 4. They are easy to find** Since I was in the business so long I don't normally Yelp a parts store, I am usually too critical and feel like I can do everyone's job there better than they can. Clark's doesn't make me feel that way. ** Yelp shows them on the wrong side of the street on the map!

My husband owns a lifted diesel dually with oversized tires, and when it came time for routine service--tire rotation and mounting new wheels and tires--we discovered that not every shop could handle the size of the setup. Although Total Offroad and More wasn't able to complete the tire rotation and mounting due to equipment limitations, their team went above and beyond. Instead of simply turning us away, they took the time to make some calls to fellow off-road enthusiasts and referred us to Liberty Tire & Glass--a place that could get the job done right. After three previously failed appointments elsewhere, it was incredibly refreshing to encounter a staff that genuinely cared about helping us move forward. Thanks to their recommendation, we connected with Liberty Tire & Glass and have been loyal customers ever since. We truly appreciate the honesty, effort, and customer-first attitude from the team at Total Offroad and More in Tigard. Thank you!
