10 minutes, I was on hold for 10 MINUTES! I mean I understand how busy we can get, but I mean come on! I could not fathom keeping a customer on hold where I work for 10 MINUTES! I would be in huge trouble! All phone calls where I work are sent to corporate for review, and so should Autozones! They would gain more business from a more effective approach to handling customer inquiries! read more

I love autozone, but this store is great! Their attentive and knowledgeable staff is always adequate and ready to help you find the right part. I regularly see them helping people troubleshoot their car problems too sometimes even helping in the parking lot. If they don't have what I need in stock their real good about ordering and receiving within a day or two. read more

Ugh! One of the staff threw away the casing for my engine filter. I bought the filter and they said they can replace it for me thinking they know what they are doing. I let them since I was on my lunch break, the guy doesn't even know where it's located. I have to point the location to where the engine filter is. He took the whole thing including the casing unit and just dropped the new filter in the box. I called to get it back but they said they don't know what I'm talking about. Ugh! read more

I've walked through the doors of this store for the last time. They sell you their brake pads with a lifetime warranty but make sure you keep your receipt and make sure they don't magically erase your car from their database like they did mine after I brought in my third set of pads for my car. They wouldn't honor my warranty even though I had their crappy duralast pads In My hand. Every time I go into this place I have to wait in a line that's practically out the door. I'm going to pep boys from now on. They know what they're talking about and I never have to wait! The guy there tried to tell me to buy the pads and rotors again to reestablish my warranty! Normally I have a really good and outstanding customer service. Today was completely different. Walked in to return a set of brakes and the swapped out a Nother. After spending about 15 minutes trying to explain to the gentleman what I was trying to do he return my first item and it seem like he was having trouble trying to understand the computer system that was in front of him. When I was trying to swap out the second car it seem like no matter what I was saying was going in one ear and out the other. I lost my patience take the breaks out of the box put them on the counter and walked out. I've been thinking I needed a new battery for about a week now. I popped in about ten minutes before closing and got the battery checked out. It didn't test well the customer service rep said he could install it today if I wanted. This pleased me as the battery tested bad and could go out any day now. Purchased a tire pump and needed to exchange it for one that has auto-shut-off. Returned the next day with receipt and pump for an exchange. Had the displeasure of being assisted by Edgar Garcia who informed me that air pumps are final sale items because people don't usually return them & they can't sale once used. (This one was never used I explained.) Ridiculous! The receipt has 60 day return/exchange policy and no one advised me that the sale was final or no return at purchase. All I asked for was a simple exchange and Edgar proceeded to tell me it was company policy for final sale as long as the air pump works. The customer service was non existent and I left angry with the pump I did not want. We drove down to the Cal Oaks auto zone and was helped by Heather who took care of the exchange with a smile. She nor her manger mentioned any such silly final sale policy. Take your business to the Cal Oaks location for professionalism! We won't go back to Winchester AutoZone. I give them a F-! After I paid, I came outside, and I was gonna exchange it myself.. but it was hard. so I asked one of the guys to replace it for me. He was cool and helped me out at the spot. read more

I will never buy anything from Autozone again. Today 11/3/16 at 3pm, I tried to return a part that I ended up not using and was still in the original purchasing condition with the receipt. The store sale manager argued with me saying that I rented the part for free even though I didn't use it. He supposably looked up the person who sold me the part and said that person will be fired because he told me I can return the part. I have never had a good experience with an Autozone store and they never have anything in stock. The person who helped me was old and heavy set dude.
