I went into this store looking to get my passenger windshield wiper replaced. I asked a female employee for assistance, she sold me the wrong wiper blade and immediately after checking out went on break so I didn't get the opportunity to ask for assistance. I went out to my car to attempt to put it on but I had issues. I saw another employee in the parking lot and asked for help. He came and said it was the wrong piece and he had to go punch in, fair enough I don't blame people for not wanting to work off the clock. I go back into the store hoping this employee would offer me assistance since he saw the issue. He went in, clocked in, rang one customer out then walked away when it was me. Ok fine. So another young man walks in, punches in, and calls me over to check out. I explain the situation with the wiper. During this time his managers are repeatedly texting him accusing him of not being at the store. There is also a long line of customers. The other cashiers are also asking him for help by simply talking over our conversation. This gentleman goes and gets the part (while assisting other coworkers), finally gets a manager to do the swap, then changes my windshield wiper out for me. I didn't catch your name but thank you for your support and I hope the rest of your team can pull it together. read more
