Did not refill coolant!! I brought my bike from 2 hours away for a regular service. Asked to flush…read moreand replace coolant and brake fluid. Their is no coolant visible in the reservoir. Luckily I towed it home or I might not have made it! Very disappointed for having paid $600 for them to do a general inspection and change of fluids. Billed me 2 hours labor plus parts ($235!!) to change coolant and brake fluid!!! Poor quality of work at a premium!! Didn't even receive a copy of the 60 point inspection checklist, not sure if that was done. When checking out I was also told that they tested my battery and that it only reported 400cca and may need to be replaced soon as they like to see the batteries between 800 and 1000 CCA!!! (more than my truck battery!). Now that I am home I have looked at the battery to find it is only rated at 230 CCA new. I scheduled this appointment months in advance to be ready for my trip next week. I could have and should have done better myself. Decided to pay a "professional" for peace of mind. Left with more worries than I started with.

Two months later, I got on the bike and the kickstand fell off, causing very minor damage. The bolt was not secured properly, and the kickstand itself was perfectly fine and intact--the problem was their installation. I called the service manager, Will, and he told me I could get the bike towed and that he would find prices for me to replace everything. I explained that the issue was not a failed part, but that it had not been put on correctly. I wasn't satisfied that the discussion would lead to a resolution , so I called the owner and explained what happened. The owner asked for pictures, sent me a text message telling me where to send them, and said they would follow up. Instead, I got a phone call from Will threatening me and saying I had gone behind his back. He told me it was a used part, not to come to his department anymore, that they were not servicing my bike, and that if I came there they would have me arrested. When I asked to speak to the owner, he said the owner did not want to talk to me and that he was talking to me instead. I only wanted the stand fixed so I could ride my bike, but instead I was met with hostility, threats, and refusal to take responsibility. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Savage Motor Sportz just charged him almost what we spent for his electric kick scooter just to put one tire on! We had spent $350 on that scooter last year but after a few tire punctures so recently bought solid tires for it. My husband had trouble putting one of them on so we brought it here and were told when we had to leave it there that the cost is usually $40. When he got a ride to pick it back up today, they charged him $280 +tax!! Any holiday money we had this year has now been spent to put one tire on!

I brought my sons go kart in for repairs and after taking a look at it and trying everything it was becoming clear that to repair this go kart (which was purchased elsewhere) I would have to buy a new engine. They were very honest and upfront about everything, after discussion and research on my part, they offered to take the go kart for parts and charged me nothing. Now mind you a lot of work went into it before this decision was made, and they still made the offer because they didn't feel comfortable allowing my son to drive it. Nowadays customer service is mostly non existent but at savage they put you first and are willing to work with you so that you leave happy and safe.
