Napa is far superior to the other parts places you see on every other street corner . First I find that they are way more knowledgeable than most part suppliers. They also have better quality products and more stock. Several instances I have needed parts I was told at other places they needed to order, or go to the dealer for, and Napa had then on hand. They really are awesome. This location has a great group of employees. They have always been helpful and will remember you if you call up asking questions before you come in. I will say that you may find their price can be a little bit more then other places on some items but the quality is there . Speaking with Mike Achenza, he quantified my problem, found the correct part, and after a few very short moments on hold had approval from the store manager Charlie to have the part run up to the repair shop I was using.....no extra charge! Moments later, in walks Maars, a younger associate that was articulate, gracious, and courteous....ONE OF THE MOST POLISHED ASSOCIATES IN ALL MY YEARS PATRONIZING ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!!!! The Autozone I usually go to in Clinton Twp was never this friendly or offered this service. I had no idea, they did all that.
