The ladies and gentlemen that work at this location work on cars, race cars, and repair cars for other people, so they KNOW a lot more than at most other locations. The store is always clean and stocked well. If this location does not have what you need, they will call around and find the part at another location. They offer transfers of parts to thid location from other locations. They always ask if you are a rewards member or military veteran to make sure their customers get the best price. I love the way they offer to help you, then just let you shop without hounding you. They also showed me a car charger that I can use from inside my car. That is much safer than standing outside, hoping someone with bad intentions does not stop to cause trouble. Sucks having to carry a gun!

I had purchased a set of running boards for my truck that had to be ordered (July 31, 2024) after…read morewaiting for over 5 weeks I called (Sept for an update on order, I was told would be in 16 Sept we schedule appointment for 17 Sept for install, dropped vehicle off for install to received phone call parts not in understandable deliveries are not always reliable. Was update by manager that delivery was schedule for later that day, could I leave truck overnight and would be installed next day. I agreed to recommendation. Parts was to be installed on 18 Sept, received a call that installer was late, and an installation would process would start later that morning, I called about update on vehicle in afternoon and was told they had run into an issue with the harness being too short and would need to be extended and that holes would need to be drilled to run wires in door thresholds. I said that if that was what the installation instructions said, I was good, but I told them that I had a trip planned the next morning and need my vehicle, received call back that another issue was they did not have rubber grommets for the wire run and would have to order them. After this total frustration set in and told them to put vehicle back to original state and I would be up to pickup truck and a refund. I want to state that I have purchased numerous items (trailer, shed, truck covers and running boards in the past from the same business) but his has to have been to worst experience I have had, not sure if it has to do with personnel change or what, but feel I was treated as just another number for a sale so as to what I was told; quote " if we don't make sales we don't feed our family".
