Jeff told her they would be running behind because one employee called in sick and he had to answer phones until his wife arrived (late). Hitch took longer to install because Jeff had to do it, while dealing with other customers. Hitch and lighting themselves are good. Workmanship however is another story. My wife had to return 2 addtional times to shop because exhaust was hitting the hitch. On her second trip I asked her what size ball was on the hitch, she told me there wasn't one. Turns out you have to ask and pay for the ball separately. And finally, upon inspection I discovered that the molding in the wheel well and the rain shield underneath the car were not installed correctly. I had to go the the store and purchase hardware (screws and washers), I went to the car dealer to look at how the pieces were supposed to be, and remove and reinstall them myself.

I was on a long road trip with a friend. Our oil light came on, and we had driven over 3000 miles…read moreon this trip alone, so we stopped in this Jiffy Lube on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh. When they were changing the oil the guy came out and said our brake pads were worn and should be replaced. We were driving my friends sisters car, so we tried to get in touch with her to consult her. While we were waiting to hear from her the advisor came out again to give us the proposed costs. He told us Jiffy Lube does not replace the pads, we would have to purchase an entire system, including rotors. We argued with him, saying 'why can't you just replace the pads?' He repeated, ' jiffy Lube doesn't do that, we replace the whole system.' This was going to cost us $575 We went 2 doors down to Monro Muffler Brake. The guy there checked our brakes and said there was nothing wrong with them, and charged us nothing. Later we heard back from my friend's sister that she had just recently had her brakes redone. We drove the entire way home with no brake problems. Shame on this Jiffy Lube for trying to take advantage of 2 women traveling alone, far from home. This review applies only to this Jiffy Lube on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh- I love my local Jiffy Lube in Manhattan Beach CA and will continue to go there!
