They said it would take a few hours. I explained I was 60 miles from home. They couldn't help me. I called Goodyear, explained my situation, and they took me immediately. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Exceptional customer service, too. PepBoys lost me as a customer and Goodyear gained a bunch more. I will definitely be getting my car service and new tires from GOODYEAR!

There was one instance where a woman was there who could not pay for all of the work done on her car. She was about $10 short. She was very upset and I was going to offer to pay for it, but when I pulled aside one of the guys, he said not to worry about it and that they were going to take care of it. That act of kindness was amazing. Sure we hate taking our car in for an oil change or inspection and find out there's more work needed, but they mean well and I've never felt they were trying to get me to spend more money. Great place all around. Also like the coffee and wifi while I'm waiting for my oil changes.

The "manager" named Dakota was zero help. With that being said, They changed brake pads without doing rotors ( which they claim should never be done) then proceeded to tell me that the tech who worked on the vehicle last time was terrible & they fired him. He just told me that the to do the rotor would be another $450+ tax! We already paid to get a complete brake job done prior to this work order ( 4k on the brakes since Oct. 2025 ) When I asked for a supervisors info he refused to give to me and said if I were to call his boss he would probably "cuss" me out ! No corporate number available either. I guess this is what you get when you don't take the vehicle to the dealership.

I took it to a body shop to get a temporary fix . It worked for about a month but they only refilled the Freon so after a few weeks it stopped working again since there was a leak. Took about 3 weeks just to get an appointment. Total cost to fix the AC $6k. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. The dealership is so greedy they refused to give me any slack on the cost of this repair. A shop would've charged $3-4k on this versus the $6k that I had to pay. And I couldn't take it anywhere else for a second opinion because I had already waited 3 weeks for this appointment. They told me it was an 18 hour labor intensive repair but it was done the next day... don't see how that's possible. My lesson learned . Go to a body shop . The dealership will suck your money dry.

Outstanding Service, Honesty, and Genuine Care - The Best Local Shop!…read moreI can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers Automotive. They continuously go above and beyond for their customers. Prompt & Honest Diagnostics: My car had a Check Engine Light, and because driving it wasn't safe, I had it towed to their shop. As soon as it arrived, they called me to gather details, diagnosed the issue (spark plugs), and resolved it quickly at a very reasonable price. Customer-First Advice: When the light came back on the next day, I brought it back. They verified their initial repair was solid, but identified a new issue: a fuel pump failure, which is a known TSB issue on Lexus SUVs. Instead of immediately selling me a expensive repair, Patrick, my service advisor, honestly advised me to check with a dealer first to see if it might be covered under a recall. Saving Time & Money: The local Lexus dealership quoted me $2,300 and mentioned the backordered part would take days to arrive. Disappointed with the dealer, I brought my car straight back to Christian Brothers. Even though the part was on backorder everywhere, their team worked tirelessly to expedite it, kept me informed, and completed the repair for a fraction of the dealer's quote. Unmatched Hospitality: Throughout this whole process, the owner personally provided complimentary shuttle rides to and from the facility. Chatting with him during the ride was a great experience--it shows just how hands-on and dedicated the leadership is. Christian Brothers truly overdelivered to get me back on the road ASAP. I strongly encourage anyone in the community to support them for their automotive needs!

I had a very disappointing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive (Montgomery Mall, 565 DeKalb…read morePike, North Wales). My son brought in our car to have both rear brakes replaced. He provided the parts and was quoted about $300 for labor. The shop only replaced one rear brake, discovered the other caliper was seized, and then reassembled the car without calling us for options. Afterward, they informed him the vehicle was unsafe to drive but still charged the full $300 labor fee -- despite not completing the job. To make matters worse, they didn't even have the caliper in stock, leaving us with no solution. This was unacceptable. The lack of communication, releasing an unsafe car, and charging full price for incomplete work shows poor customer service and questionable business practices. Customers deserve honesty, fair billing, and consideration for safety, none of which we experienced here. Thomas Stevens was very dishonest, stating that we resided out of town on our invoice, when we live 15 minutes away from this location. Here at this location, they consider everyone else's position, but the customer. Their practices are unethical, immoral, and unjustifiable. My recommendation is that you search elsewhere for your automobile services as this franchise is anything but Christian based. I have reached out to the owner and I am waiting on a response. I will update this Post upon hearing from the Owner, Chip Eissler. I'm not sure if they're even recognized by the Better Business Bureau. I will look into it.

Today (April 2026) I discovered my AC was blowing hot. Free fix, right? No. Turns out the hoses were corroded because they weren't replaced at the time of the replacement of the condenser and compressor. $500 more. Who replaces the main components and not the hoses? For inspection in January I asked for an oil change also. Then my oil light came on and I was 2 quarts low because they didn't do the oil change as requested. But they did replace brakes and rotors for over $2,000. Within a year, I have spent $5500 on my Forester at Mr. Tire. I am DONE. They have been "under new management" 3 times in less than 2 years.
