After waiting for hours without any updates, I called the shop and was assured the service would be completed by closing time. However, an hour before closing, I was informed that the work would not be finished until the next day at 10 AM. When I arrived the following day at 10:40 AM--40 minutes past the promised time--neither the oil change nor the brake inspection had been completed. What made it even worse, was how the staff seemed to be joking around while I waited on line, and not taking what they were doing seriously. A complete lack of professionalism. Additionally, I noticed multiple car keys left unattended on a desk, posing a significant security risk. This lack of professionalism and declining service quality has convinced me never to return to this Pep Boys location. Legitimately, they are the worst.
