COVID shutdowns had already begun and we didn't leave our house much for 2+ months. Went to return the UNUSED parts and the core parts in mid-May, and all my returns were declined because it fell outside the 90-day return policy.... in the middle of pandemic. :( I pleaded my case and was told to take it up with a manager (who wasn't present). I have much more major purchases from other companies that have been more than gracious during the pandemic, even non-refundable airline tickets can be rescheduled. The staff person literally shamed me for not taking care of this return in under 90 days. Even if I can sell the parts at a discount on Facebook, I'm still likely going to lose nearly $200. They have officially lost my business.

I got home and tried to install it myself but the anchors I had didn't work with the screws. I called to ask if I could come in and have them help me install it and they said yes that's something they do. I went the next day with the screws I had purchased and my receipt. Another associate helped me and installed the license plate for me. He was very nice and didn't even charge me for the screws he used. Then gave me my money back for my original purchase in cash.
