DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!! Because they sure as hell do not…read more I call around 3:50 PM asking if they can replace my rear brake pads. They say sure, come on in. I tell them I'm 15-20 minutes away. They say no problem, they're open until 7 PM. I arrive, check in, and am told the whole thing will take about 90 minutes. After waiting MORE THAN 90 MINUTES, they finally come out to tell me my rear brake pads need to be replaced. Really?!?! You don't say?!?! It's not like that's literally the reason I called and came in. But here's the good part: they tell me they can't work on my car because they're closing at 6 PM. This whole time, I think they're working on my car. I think they're coming out to tell me how much I owe because the job is finished. But nooooo. After all that time, all they're able to do is confirm what I already know and tell me they can't do anything about it because they're closing early. They waste nearly two hours of my day just to send me home with the exact same problem I came in with. If they had told me from the jump that they were unwilling to do the work, I would have gone to one of the many other local shops in the area. Instead, they decide to waste two hours of my day because I guess they don't view their customers as actual human beings with lives, schedules, responsibilities, and time that is worthy of even the most basic level of respect and consideration. If incompetence had a face, the guys at this location would be it. Incompetent, careless, completely disrespectful, and seemingly incapable of basic communication and human decency. Either way, I'm sure nobody will be held accountable and they'll continue treating their customers like garbage. Go literally anywhere else.

It's strange because three different cars, including mine, all started making loud scraping noises and had much louder engines after being serviced here. None of these issues were happening before the oil changes. It really seems like something wasn't done correctly. My car is currently at another repair shop being inspected, and another person's car is being checked out as well because they're having similar issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.
