I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

Good thing Toyotas' filters are easy to access! I believe that price could increase depending on a much more laborious service for engines/filters that are trickier to access. You could request a quote or call them to let them know your make, model, and year to confirm a price. As for the service, apart from them basically being able to get the job efficiently done in about 15-20 minutes, they exemplify a genuine kindness and willingness to be as helpful and supportive as they can be. I truly appreciated their service, their enthusiasm, and their respect. As such, I'm very happy to have found a shop I can absolutely trust that also happens to be near where I live! Added bonus is that they filled up my coolant and windshield wipers at no cost! Last bit of detail for my visit is that I arrived close to their closing time, so I'm not aware of they have seating for customers since it seemed like they had their main garage door(s) closed. But with a quick job like an oil change, definitely a good reason to go for a walk around Tweedy while they work, especially if you bring your perrita. THIS PLACE IS JOKE! Purchased 4 tires, was given a price…read morethat included installation everything was Thought offer up. Showed up, there the attended guy and no one else, there was no greeting he just looked at me like what do you want. I let him know I was there for the tires , he walked away without saying anything then few minutes came back with the tires. Guy gave very rude, careless attitude but I said hey tires are cheap so we moved on. Mid install I asked if he was balancing them since I didn't see him doing. He said he was, and continued on. I paid and left only to have my steering wheel start shaking once at faster speed. Next day i contacted him, asking if he could check the balancing. Not as responsive anymore , it took him all day to agree. I showed up the following day and he was very standoff ish. He kept complaining no one has ever came back with a Shaking issues. Like ok, do your job right and we wouldn't be here. Anyways he check the two front tires then said that should be good. (Umm.. thats not how a balancing tires works), He started shaking my front tires whit his hands and said "I recommend you take it to a mechanic, you need an alignment" .
