I had a slow leak in my tire from a nail puncture. I was able to drive to work but my tire was too low to keep driving. I checked out and found a nearby tire shop so I stopped by after work and was able to get my tire fixed right away. The gentleman began working on my tire issue and checked out the inside of my tires to make sure the structure was safe. Once he checked it out he patched it up and I was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. I do appreciate that he did not try to just sell me a tire because I have no idea what a healthy tire should look like and I probably would have purchased a new tire to stay safe. When it's time to buy tires, I'd like to return here.

I was in the area for a job interview and I ran over a gnarly pothole. Of course, my tire and rim got really messed up. I used Google Maps to find the nearest tire shop, I saw the good reviews and slowly drove over there. They took care of me and were upfront about the cost. The cost is affordable and the tires are in great condition. I think the shop is cashless or only accepts exact change, make sure you have Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App downloaded if you don't carry cash. If I'm in the area I know where to go and I really hope I don't need to visit LOL! read more

These guys are unbelievably quick. Repaired my tire and my spare in like 10-15 minutes. And they're so freaking nice. My tire blew out on the freeway an hour away from home. Tried my spare but of course the air valve was broken. WHY DOES GOD HATE ME? I coasted my way to a Firestone, per usual; but of course, no appointment, no luck. They wanted to keep my car overnight for a EXPLETIVE tire change. HELL TO THE NO. I, unfairly, shy away from "mom and pop" shops because I'm unfamiliar with them, but I was desperate. I drove in, they took like 5-10 mins to look at at it, another 5-10 to repair it. In and out. Amazing. They were so nice, too. I suck at car stuff and they probably noticed I was flustered but they like explained everything they were doing. Would definitely recommend if you're in the area and need some quick help. read more

In a large sea of tire shops on Alameda, I recently found this small homely tire shop with the wife. The service was top notch from beginning to end. Air pressure was low in my tire so decided to pop in here to check if there was anything wrong with my tire. Sure enough there was a nail! In less than 10 minutes it was fixed and I was on my way. Staff was very welcoming and friendly as well. Highly recommend. read more

I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . I took my '01 Crown Victoria here and they did a great job. While there, I asked if they could…read morealign an older vehicle, a '72 Mustang to be exact. They said they could and so I eventually brought it down. They did the alignment, and they did tell me "they did the best they could" and sent me on my way. The car just wasn't right. After some investigating on my part, I found that the shock tower was cracked and was messing with the upper control arm, making it difficult/impossible to align correctly. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. The car was in a wreck in the 80s (which I also shared with them) so I knew there were risks. However, I do feel that they saw this (given that the car was on the lift and in their face) and said nothing. Is it their responsibility to tell me? Also no.. but the fact that they charged me for the alignment, just said "we did our best" and sent me on my way seems a bit shady to me. A simple, "hey, we saw this crack and it's gonna give you issues in the near future" wouldn't have only been appreciated, but I also feel like it would've been the right thing to do.

They swapped the wheels and installed the oem back on the car with the new tires, wrapped my aftermarket rims and put them in the trunk and backseat for me to store until I either sell or install in our suv. It's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Will was able to come out with a day or so and run a diagnostics check, quickly locating the issue and showing me the results. He explained to me what the issue was, discussed options, gave me a full quote and a price - highly competitive. With me agreeing to what needed to be done, he ordered the part (Saturday) and came back the next day (Sunday) to install it. Incredibly helpful and so polite, he showed me the new part, walked me through what he was going to do and afterward even showed me the part he removed and explained the wear and why it was actually perfect timing. Within hours I was up and running again, good as new. I have NEVER had service like this from a dealership in all my years of being a car owner and driver (and that's several decades). Will also flagged other things that I needed to be aware of (including needing an oil change - which I will be getting him to come and do) but at no point pushed for me to do them there and then - zero pressure, just guidance. He repeatedly asked if I had any questions and was keen for me to understand what was happening and why - superb! He even cleared up the work area after he'd finished. Flawless. Aside from the convenience and Will just being an incredibly nice guy, his attention to detail and service are second to none. Friendly and knowledgable, he works hard to make sure you understand what he's doing, and is professional and polite at every step along the way. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Car was wobbling cause of a ball in the tire and balding, we came to get it swapped out but turned out 3 of the tires were messed up. Renato and Quintero understood our situation and even informed us thoroughly on future inquiries to be looked into, it was inexpensive and very quick to have them replaced. 10/10 would recommend read more

Showed up today due to other positive reviews and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, and quick to service me. They also took the extra mile to inspect all my tires and save me from another trip. The prices were fair too. Highly recommend this place. read more
