I should get a real person 7 of ten times when i call to order parts, not 2 of 10 times. Please hire more keystone reps to answer the phone in GR. Also how about route all the calls to LKQ HOLLAND or KEYSTONE GR, not into detroit. The guys at keys/gr know my voice and my shop. I don't want to talk to someone in detroit.

When I went to the store and…read moreasked them to install it (since i was standing right next to the sign that said free "basic" installation of battery with purchase. BTW, it doesn't get easier to change a battery than on a Scion. I asked Myra if she could install it, she started whining. Then she says that they don't have the "special" tool to do it (aka a 10mm socket). After that, I didn't want an incompetent person like Myra touching my car. Only reason I gave her two stars versus one is because she was at least smart enough to get me the correct battery (maybe that was flat out luck or the fact that I did order it online)
