Noticed AutoZone on the left side went to go all the way over to the turnaround and she stopped running in the middle of the turnaround. Figures it's the first snowfall and I've got flips on :-) Put my flashers on waived the cars around me and then open My Hood. Checked my reservoir and I had absolutely zero fluid. Ironically refilled it the other day because I noticed the temperature was going down. I had two bottles of water in my car they called AutoZone just to check and see if I could pour it into the reservoir without cracking the block. Michelle who answered the phone at AutoZone didn't recommend it based on the 32 degrees temperature outside. She asked me where I was located and I informed her I was about a half a mile down the road. About 20 minutes later a pickup truck pulled in behind me and I was waiting him around when he got out and it was Louay from the AutoZone. He brought a a gallon of antifreeze for my reservoir. After a few minutes of waiting I started the car and she started. Completed the turnaround and drove over to AutoZone to pay them for the antifreeze coolant. Definitely will be sending kudos to AutoZone corporate. I didn't request assistance Michelle said she was worried because it was cold and I was stuck in the middle of a big beaver. Can we say exemplary customer service !!there off the charts!!. Time to pay it forward :-)

All torque specs used were from the IHI service manual from day 1. Throughout all of this I have tried multiple times over the span of 9 months to reach out to MMI Speed Shop to no avail. This is a disgustingly misleading business that only understands profit and dishonesty. I would absolutely NOT suggest anyone purchase from this business, I lost $250 and I am confident you will lose on your investment too.

We had a minor hick-up on the order and MMI resolved it without issue, very quickly. This type of response is important and why I'll be back. I've not started the install yet so I can't speak to the fitment and overall performance of the system. Once the install is complete I'll provide an update. I Purchased and alternator from Chad and immediately it was a bad alternator. Tested bad. Went back and got a replacement alternator. Shortly after, my batteries drained and so I replaced the battery. Somehow the alternator wasn't charging so I thought was just bad batteries, had to replace the batteries again. This has been going on for two years. In the end, most of my electrical components were being melted and I had to take it into Romeo Ford. $2700 later, Ford engineers told me it was a bad alternator that caused all my truck problems and a complete diagnostics report to prove it. Reported it to Auto Value and Chad the manager. I am totally being taken advantage of because the manufacturer tested the alternator, they confirmed it was bad but it was because of bad batteries is what they said and I'm just out of luck no matter what the lifetime warranty means. Because I'm the small guy, they're taking a vantage of me. They are basically saying that the Ford dealership and the engineers at Ford have it wrong and they are right. There's no issues and they will not pay me my money. Auto Value is great until you have a problem. Do not buy from this store your parts. Go to your dealerships and buy the original equipment parts. They do not stand behind their product. Could I take them to court? Of course. But they can out spend me on court fees and they know this. It's not right. They are totally railroading us. Will never shop at Auto Value again. They do not stand behind their product. You may have some good experience with this store, but beware, wait till something goes south. You'll see.
