On one occasion I was over charged for a set of batteries for my watercraft and they were expensive as it was. Anyway they charged me for one extra battery that I never purchased, I could tell this was from lack of training with AutoZone employee. Anyway, I didn't catch this until I looked at the receipt later, they did however refund the extra charge to my debit card after going back. Now someone might say how could you not catch this well, it was because I wound up with more receipts than I should have, the employee was literally just pushing all the buttons on the register and created a mess of paper, it was like how little kids push buttons is what it reminded me of. Anyway, I made another separate battery purchase for my ATV so, I had a cornucopia of paper. On a separate recent visit the payment terminal froze and supposedly the payment never processed, well it did. Make long story short I had to be the one to call the regional office to get my money refunded? Just letting you know there are a lot of employees working there now that just don't seem to have any real training, whereas they used to be pretty reliable.

I scheduled my appointment online, and was on time and even a little early, a drop off for an oil change and after 3 and a half hours of waiting and no oil change I asked for my car and left. I have an older BMW and it was just an oil change so I felt like they just put me on the back burner and made me feel unimportant. I've been to BMW dealerships in Grand Rapids and Traverse City and never had a problem and always had great customer service. Will not return and I have already found other places that seem glad to have my business.
