We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.

Then they both decided to come out to get it done "quicker". I then get insulted on my choice of car. I don't particularly like my car, it just gets me where I need to go. Extremely disappointing experience…read more I purchased a $70,000 Bennington from this dealership eight years ago. From the beginning, I had issues with the bilge pump. While they were storing my boat, it was damaged in their yard and I was never notified. I discovered the damage myself while driving home. The following year, the boat was returned extremely dirty, with the center pontoon filled with water. Now, eight years later, the boat is still under warranty. I brought it in for an electrical issue and spent three days calling and getting the runaround. I still have not been allowed to speak with the technician who worked on it. Nobody can clearly explain what is wrong, yet they want to charge me a diagnostic fee and recommend spending another $800 on two batteries that are not the problem. After spending $70,000, I expect far better service, communication, and accountability. I would not recommend this dealership.
