Later that day I received an online message from a person threatening me and telling me to stay away from that employee and personally attacking me. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for, was my favorite location to go to as it's the closest to my home. Now I don't feel safe going in the parking lot. Be careful to how you say thank you to the employees as you may receive threats over text from people. I won't point the specific employee out but they know who they are.

The Autozone I usually go to in Clinton Twp was never this friendly or offered this service. I had no idea, they did all that. Walked all around trying to find a manager, 20 minutes later, come to realize that the auto center had closed that day "because their technician didn't show up". No one bothered to let me know.... Which is pathetic. And then also realized that my tires were not even there. I called the customer service number because the in-store management is nothing but incompetent. When I called the customer service number, they offered me either a refund lol or a $5 voucher. But I didn't want a refund, I wanted my stinking tires. Needless to say, I canceled everything and I'm happily spending $200 more to go to a real tire store just so that I don't have to deal with this ignorance. Literally the worst company in the history of retail is Walmart. Just straight up trash.

I have searching around for a brake caliper for my vehicle. Recently because I became aware that…read morestores mostly carry only REMANUFACTURED Caliber, but will not tell you. They promptly tell you of their LIFE TIME WARRANTY. I had to return at another store a bad remanufactured caliber. I went then to Auto Zone on Martin Luther King & Auburn Rd to get one. I specifically told the young Black guy I needed to examine it before I purchased it. He kept asking why!!!! I told him of my experience earlier. When he retrieved the caliber I revealed to him the problem that they attempted to cover up of bad surfaces on the pistons. I also showed him of white marking indicating it was a REMANUFACTURED CALIBER and NOT a new one . He denied it and refused to let me examine it further. Beware and examine all REMANUFACTURED parts no matter where you go. Auto Zone on Perry Street was straight forward.
