I have used it in the past and it was a mission to get through the actual car cash since it wasn't registering the cash tendered the first time. I went inside and had that resolved. Months later I have pumping gas and though I'd give it another try. Oh was I wrong. I paid for my wash at gas checkout and was given a code to enter at the car wash. Come to find out it was an invalid code. There was two cars behind me so I tried using the help button on the machine. It didn't work. Ok, I dialed the number on the receipt,but wait it was an incorrect number. I googled the location, but wait that number was disconnected. Now I have to leave my spot and go inside. I go inside to inform them of my problem and the manager walks out saying it should be working. I tell him I no longer have the time to get a wash, and ask for my money back because I no longer have time. Manager again give me the no cash back attitude. Needless to say, I was late to work 25 minutes in order to get them car wash dilemma resolved. NEVER AGAIN! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HASSEL! DONT GET A CAR WASH HERE!!

Put in a credit app. Texted with Edgar Rosales after sending him my most recent earning statement never replied after running my credit. Did not say anything if I was clear, if I needed a co-signer. I was curious on the rate their bank would offer as I already had one from Navy Federal Credit Union and I was ready to purchase. No reply.. 3rd try. I stopped at the Lindsay location to look at a Volkswagen sports wagon. Mechanical issues -leaking oil pan -alternator windings failing Moderate engine blow by -car calling for an oil change -and what really tops the cake is the car is sitting on the lot, dirty, with food crumbs scattered all over. When mentioned to the saleswoman (who stayed texting on her phone) she stated. Oh yea the owner had been driving it for a while. Vehicle is way overpriced Asked what kind of deal they could make being the vehicle has moderate issues. She took my name and number. Stated she would speak with her manager and give me a call later than day. This was 2 days ago with no response. Again.. I am already set and ready to purchase. Very very terrible customer service. If your military 100% steer clear of this place. They don't know what an LES is clearly.

Every time I'd take it out to the dunes and drive through the sand to get my camper where I wanted it, the front differential would end up cracking or failing. Brett and Kev took the time to diagnose the real issue and came up with a permanent solution. They fabricated a custom bracket to reinforce the front differential, making it much stronger, and also re-geared both the front and rear differentials. I was honestly a little hesitant at first because I'd had so many failures in the past, but after taking it back out to the dunes and putting it through some hard driving in the sand, it performed flawlessly. The difference is incredible. My truck feels stronger, more capable, and gives me the confidence to drive it the way I always wanted to.
