I have used it in the past and it was a mission to get through the actual car cash since it wasn't registering the cash tendered the first time. I went inside and had that resolved. Months later I have pumping gas and though I'd give it another try. Oh was I wrong. I paid for my wash at gas checkout and was given a code to enter at the car wash. Come to find out it was an invalid code. There was two cars behind me so I tried using the help button on the machine. It didn't work. Ok, I dialed the number on the receipt,but wait it was an incorrect number. I googled the location, but wait that number was disconnected. Now I have to leave my spot and go inside. I go inside to inform them of my problem and the manager walks out saying it should be working. I tell him I no longer have the time to get a wash, and ask for my money back because I no longer have time. Manager again give me the no cash back attitude. Needless to say, I was late to work 25 minutes in order to get them car wash dilemma resolved. NEVER AGAIN! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HASSEL! DONT GET A CAR WASH HERE!!

The post office delivered it to the wrong address, and someone took it to the "Valero" gas station at 122 West Hermosa Street in Lindsay CA 93247 and did not check for ID. The guy at the register said he was a supervisor/manager (refused to give his name) and told me to call the bank and they would give me the money. He was evasive and told me they don't ask for ID if they know the person cashing the check, my son's first and last name are unique in the area and he did not cash his check at this store (we deposit checks at our bank). The guy behind the counter then tells me if they're familiar with the bank then they don't ask for ID and just cash the checks. I strongly suggest spending your money somewhere else! I have attached a copy of the back of the check with their stamp on it-there's NO ID or Drivers license number written down on it verifying the person cashing the check is the same name on the check.

I managed to talk them out of taking the tank explaining I didn't need much propane as I only used it to cook with. Now, they have tripled the rental fees on the tank because I am not buying enough propane from them. They are aggressive, they are not honest and if they can, they will rip you off.

We pulled to the side of the road to check and find out right tire was torn to shreds. Since we just brought the RV few weeks ago, we had no tools, jacks and not even an ordinary screwdriver. Around us there were the only farm, no person insight and no car on the road has stopped to help us. We called to a local tow company and they referred us to these super guys at Tire Zone! They responded immediately to our call. Miguel said that he would come out to help us change the tire on the road in 15 minutes. Within 10 minutes they came to the rescue! We were saved! But the tricky part was when it was time for the bill The guy spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem, 30 minutes waiting on the part and 20 minutes putting it back on the truck. I got billed for 3 hours. The cashier stated they have a 3 hour in shop minimum for all repairs so no matter if you have a windshield wiper or a loose lug nut it is a 3 hour minimum in shop. And I was lucky that I didn't have a check engine light because it is a 4 hour minimum on a check engine light. He was mighty poud of their gouging.
