I walked in today needing air in my rear tire. Not my first rodeo because i've been in before and was helped with the same problem last month and I was helped with zero hesitation, lovely service hence why I came back. Whoever was in the main store front today around 5:00pm-5:30pm was an absolute GARBAGE of an employee/cashier. I didn't get his name after he told me I could put air in my tire myself. If you're that miserable in your preferred profession, please go somewhere else because the dismissive attitude was not appreciated. Justin saved the day by coming out and not only helping me, but apologizing on behalf of whoever it was that initially helped me. I really REALLY appreciated his patience and respect considering I was already flustered from trying to manage putting it on my own. I can do it on my own but it was definitely the principle and lack of customer service from the first person I dealt with. Justin, you get 5/5 for YOUR customer service, ability to understand the situation at hand and assisting me. I truly hope you get all the good energy you put out!! Thank you again!! read more

Ashton was a huge help today! He's also very uplifting to talk with as well, keep up the great work boss!

Autozone saved the day! After being stuck for two hours, and seeing that I had no other choice but to replace my battery I made a few calls. Autozone was the cheapest and since this was the closest to me, I stopped in. A young African American, man installed and removed my old battery in less than 10 minutes. read more

I went in to get a new taillight for my driverside that went out and was greeted by Ashton. He was extremely courteous and professional. He even helped with replacing the dead bulb and installing the new one. 10/10 I would recommend this location to friends and family. He went above and beyond! read more

Great customer service, nice/big store and fast service! This review is for Doug because he was awesome! We had recently gone to Valvoline to get my oil changed and was informed that I needed a new battery. So, I stopped at AutoZone to confirm. Doug tested my battery to check if it needed to be replaced (which it did) and he helped me pick out a new one - even explaining the difference of pricing and features. We greatly appreciate his patience with us and willingness to give as much details as he did. He was kind, spoke clearly and didn't make us feel silly for not knowing much about cars. Thanks for making it so easy for us, Doug! Even though I have 5 AutoZones closer to my house, are the reason I'd come back to this location! Keep it up! We need more people like you! read more

ashton at autozone changed my life. great service, super polite, and very friendly !!

I went to this AutoZone after another location told me they couldn't replace the bulb in my headlight. I really love this location. I came here the last time I needed a bulb and they were great. Myra the manager is amazing and also Edward for replacing the bulb for me even though it took a little while. Everyone there is just in a good mood and eager to help you. This is now the only AutoZone I'll come to in town! Ps. The store looks amazing, uncluttered, and does not look like an institution when you walk into it. read more

My husband and I came in because we had a check engine light on. Doug was able to diagnose our problem quickly and fixed our issue so we were able to pass a smog check! We appreciated his attentiveness to our problem as well as his patience with a slow and non-Responsive system and faulty equipment/broken cords which hopefully management will look at for their very helpful employees. Overall great service! Just hope management will solve their technology issues. read more

I would like to give a special shout out to John F John was very honest and helpful with my situation. I told him my problem he help me out tremendously and probably save me hundreds of dollars. Very helpful and informative. I just had the best experience. Marlowe helped me get a new battery and even offered to replace it! He walked it to my car because it was heavy. He was very kind and gracious. Will definitely be shopping all my car needs from Auto Zone!!! read more

Went here and was pointed to the wrong direction. On my dash, a symbol of a battery appeared so I went down to this autozone. Wanted a guy to test the battery and alternator, he said the battery was low voltage. Then he pointed at my *brand new* battery terminals and said that "coloured terminals cause issues" and tried to sell me terminals. Turns out, the alternator needed a rebuild. I cannot believe the incompetence from that employee. He wore a gray jacket and black uniform so I assume he was a higher rank than the regular associates. He should at least know his left and rights before even touching a car! read more

One of the friendliest and most helpful businesses we have been to in a long time! Myra went above and beyond to help out with a broken tail light. Even to the point of getting on the ground and helping! It is very rare to find someone so friendly and helpful who takes such pride in their job as Myra does. Thank you Myra! Take my advice and if you have questions don't rely on any employee here to give you the right item. I was being helped by a manager and still was directed to the wrong filter. That was after he inspected the current one under my hood!! Also returning to pick up a battery within two hours, the guy working with my friend had totally forgotten who he was. He had just dealt with him and helped him out for 20 minutes. Facial recognition is important to me in customer service. The main reason this location gets 2 stars, is the inconvenience of getting all the way home, to find out the filter you were told to buy is nowhere close to the right size and having to return it with no apology... read more

Diego was awesome! I was at a client's home, readying to leave, and the familiar wrowrrr sounded upon starting. During my busy day, I was not happy with the prospect of not knowing if, at my next stop, my original, 2013 battery would juice 'er up, so I looked up AutoZone, a tried and true company for problem-solving just like this. I stopped at the N Rainbow location, and there was one Tech at the register with 8 people ahead of me and one out in the parking lot assisting another customer...so I started my car (successfully, thank goodness!) and headed down to this S Rainbow location. No Customers There - whew! Within 20 minutes, DIEGO helped me with testing my battery (to be sure that was the problem) and replacing it...and I was on my way! Diego was attentive, skilled, quick, and pleasant - could not have asked for a better experience. And, of course: as 5-Star experiences require, in anticipation he asked, since I have a vehicle with "over 50,000 miles" on it, if my engine was protected with a gasoline additive that they had on sale (2-for-1) - so I invested 'just a little' more in my vehicle today, based on his recommendation. Thanks again S Rainbow AutoZone - you and Diego ROCK! read more

Amazing! My battery was dying. Not only did the guy (I believe his name was Adam) check my battery for me, but he also showed me how a lot of mechanics might try to screw me over by setting the battery tester incorrectly so that it would show a bad battery even if it was a good battery. Wow! Thank you! Secondly, I expected to have to buy a new battery. He double checked for me and determined that we bought that battery at another Auto Zone and it was still covered under warranty! Free battery! To top it off, he installed the new battery for me and attached a temporary charger to the vehicle to make sure it didn't lose a charge, as my vehicle might have gone all wiggy if it was without power for too long. I told him, and I was being 100% honest, that if I carried cash, I would've given him a tip! He said it wasn't necessary and that our family has done enough with my husband being military. Yes, we also had a friendly conversation as he installed my new battery. He was just all around friendly. read more

I purchased a battery at another AutoZone and unfortunately had to drive out to this location for the pick up.. upon arrival a manager (wow) was extremely sassy and definitely did not seem like he wanted to help me with the battery or the install. His tone was overall condescending and rude. Another manager, Johnny, was friendly and helped with the install of my battery. Overall glad I don't have to come back. read more

I was told that my headlight was out & stopped in to buy a replacement bulb. The day staff is awesome but go there at night time and you will get rude customer service . I purchased an item in the morning time that was not available and they advise me they will call me when its @ the store which they did oh lawd I should've gotten up then but I didn't I went in later to encounter the most rudest employee of autozone Shavon all I can say she needs to be coached on customer service...(Cause I got a refund)Let me put this here for her cause I know she will read this. What customer service is : Politeness: Politeness is almost a lost art. Saying 'hello,' 'good afternoon,' 'sir', and 'thank you very much' are a part of good customer service. For any business, using good manners is appropriate whether the customer makes a purchase or not. Professionalism: All customers should be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill expected of the professional. Professionalism shows the customer they're cared for. Personalization: Using the customer's name is very effective in producing loyalty. Customers like the idea that whom they do business with knows them on a personal level. read more
