I went here on a rainy Sunday to replace one of my windshield wipers. I was greeted by one of the Salespeople when I walked in and assisted. He looked up my account and found out which type of windshield wiper would fit my vehicle. He and the manager also assisted me by removing the old one and replacing it with the new windshield wiper. Thank you for the great customer service!

The assistant store manager is rude and has a major attitude. Never made eye contact with us - he muttered something, and when I asked him to repeat what he had said the slowly and quietly over enunciated the syllables of "phone number". We went outside, he tested the battery and went back inside without saying one word to us. Then came back a few minutes later and said "I'm still waiting on you." We followed him, he did something on the computer, said "sign", handed me a piece of paper and walked away again. Dishon replaced the battery. He was kind and courteous. Liam walked by us as he was going in to start his shift and greeted us. He was friendly. The sign on their front window is deceitful. I had an issue with the same employee about one year ago, when he'd not accept a return without a receipt - which was discredited by customer service when they looked up my account and promptly provided me with the receipt number, stating they could have done the same at the store. At the time, customer service stated they would escalate the case and have someone else contacting me, and I never heard from anyone.

I wanted to give a star because of this guy in the picture that was so rude and not nice at all. I came to buy a new battery and he right away said we have been doing this all day long and I am not going to do it , we don't have to, this is just a courtesy so you can buy it but you have to install it yourself. I was about to leave cause I don't know to do it my self but , There was a very nice lady that works there too and she heard everything and came to me and said "I'll be happy to help you install it" she was very very nice and welcoming and I tried to give her tip but she refused to take it.

AUTOZONE,  ZOMBIEZONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ZERO...JOKE!!! ROLL DICE. ZERO ON RETURNS ANYTHING!!! DEFECTIVE PRODUCT - TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT!!!

Everyone was helpful, I picked up what I needed and left in a few minutes. Love how the staff comes out to help their customers too!

My car battery died, came in at 5:50 who is able to talk to the guy. I was in an out in five minutes with a new battery!

We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D
