They gave me a very fair price using genuine BMW parts, finished the work way ahead of schedule, and got me back on the road fast. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. Kai, my sales associate, was great and their sales manager, Juan was fantastic. I felt I received a good and fair deal with great customer service. I also really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Unlike the other GMC dealership in town the sales associates were pleasant and not using foul language to each other in the presence of customers. As a woman, car shopping on her own - the professionalism of the staff and management was/is important to me and I felt that me and my business were welcome at Jerry Seiner. I'll admit I was hesitant to do business here because of some poor reviews, but I had a great experience and Kai and Juan totally changed my perspective of this place. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and highly recommend to anyone reading this.

Jesus takes the time to talk with you about your needs, your life, and what actually matters to you. He explains every step clearly, makes sure you feel reassured, and never once lies or promises something he can't deliver. As a 29 (cough, cough--32) year-old woman shopping alone in a male-dominated industry--where most dealerships feel like your worst day at work on repeat--this experience was genuinely refreshing. For once, I felt heard, respected, and seen. And for a little extra credibility: my father has been in the car business his entire life, and I grew up around dealerships and salesmen. Believe me when I tell you--this is the person to go to in Vegas. I walked away with a phenomenal deal on a car I absolutely love.     Centennial Hyundai Shows No Respect for Customer Vehicles beyond point of sale…read more In March 2025, we purchased an Earthy Brass Santa Fe Calligraphy from Centennial Hyundai. From the start, the dealership made it very clear that matte vehicles should never go through their automated car wash. This warning came from everyone involved, including the trade-in manager, sales associate, and finance manager. Despite this, the problems started immediately. After taking the car home, we noticed a 4 inch scratch on the passenger side roofline. We reported it, and while the dealer said they would take care of it, the process was disastrous. The paint shop drove the vehicle recklessly on the way to the shop and then took an 18 plus mile detour south on the way back to the dealership. When it returned, the service department sent the car through their automated wash, causing additional scratches. These were two separate instances that showed the dealership themselves and their proxies simply do not handle customer vehicles with respect. After demanding proper attention, they washed the car again, causing more damage. At that point, I insisted on a refund and credit toward another Santa Fe. They processed this reluctantly, even trying to make me absorb depreciation caused entirely by their mishandling. Fast forward to today. I took the replacement vehicle, a matte Ecotronic Gray Santa Fe, in for service. While they avoided the automated wash this time, a service technician scratched the driver's interior door and the exterior of the rear driver's door, my guess is from keys on a carabiner. Promises of follow-up calls about the damage and an outstanding recall never came. To top it off, the managers will make sure you fill out the corporate survey to their satisfaction while still in the office, showing exactly where their priorities lie. The bottom line is that Centennial Hyundai does not respect customer property beyond the point of sale. Their service department mismanages vehicles, ignores follow-through, and causes unnecessary damage. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially if you own a matte vehicle or care about how your car is treated.

Evan…read moreintro himself and was very knowledgeable and professional through our whole experience. we test drove did the usual stuff with numbers and I will say I have a lot of respect for Evan and Matt who was who we worked with for financing. Matt came out of his office and came out onto the floor to work with us which was a nice chan from my normal dealer experience. needless to say we left with a CX-5 we are very pleased with. Go see Evan and Matt and grab a nice Mazda for yourself and get treated like a 1st class customer.

He's pushy... forceful, condescending and makes you feel like he's just waiting for you to finish your sentence. In the first 5 minutes of sitting down Tyler was trying to run a credit report which is something I asked to skip until final numbers were addressed. When refused, he asked another 8 times and pushing for finance before even talking about the value of the car. I don't know if he just saw a girl alone and thought he could take advantage on the sale but it was not appreciated. Once finally talking about numbers and me clearly stating more than 3 times I will think about it and call tomorrow, TYLER kept pushing to take the car home after me repeatedly asking for a little time. I was going to let it go and buy my car elsewhere. However I'm writing this after TYLER called and was being again very rude over the phone asking if I would buy the car. After being direct and letting him know I thought he was pushy he stated that "you were pushing us for a better deal and well we have to push you back" and talked over me in a very condescending manner. People who heard the phone call were shocked to hear such unprofessionalism. Anyway, I believe there's good people there but I don't recommend TYLER
