I was not discouraged, Ryan lent me the tools to get my battery out. After getting access and loosening all the parts, I had to ask Ryan to lift the battery out because I did not have the height advantage to do so. Ryan and his coworker Nathan were helpful throughout my car repair. They also double checked my original battery to ensure it was a dud. Honda had told me it was not bearing voltage with weight because of a bad cell, turned out to be true. Ryan also called another Autozone to stock check for an air filter for my car to prevent me from driving there and it being out of stock. All in all, great service and very knowledgeable.
