Got me in at the appointed time. Promised to diagnose what the issue was in 10 min. Took less than that. Explained EXACTLY what the issue was, told me EXACTLY what the out the door cost was. Did not try to scare me or upsell me on things not needed. Told it me it would done in 90 minutes and was done in 45 minutes. Under promised. Over delivered. The cost was a fraction of what I was afraid it would be. It has been a week and no issues. Here is the only issue. Not a huge issue, which why I am keeping this a 5 star review. The waiting room is sorely needing some "clean and bright" detail, but that only tells me that they are busy and if they are busy, they must be doing a hell of a job. I will take it. Was recommended this business by several friends. Quoted a really great price especially compared to what the dealer wanted to charge me. Came in and it was discovered that their scanning tool could not connect to my vehicle which is a 2020 Alfa Romeo Stelvio. The tool was needed in case break error codes needed to be cleared. Left disappointed and began calling around for plan B. To my surprise Harry called and said after doing some research they feel that the tool will not be necessary for my brake job. So came back in and everything went smoothly. Breaks are done and was able to save a lot of money. Very honest company who isn't attempting to take advantage of people in anyway. Super friendly staff. I called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. When I got there, I was asked to wait for about 10 minutes while the employee checked my brakes and did a quick test drive. The employee came back and said that I did not need my brakes replaced and they still had about 15,000 miles left to them. He offered to clean the brake pads to help with the squeaking at no cost. Super appreciative that they didn't sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend this place for honest work. As a previous customer for my Jetta's brakes, I also referred my son for truck brakes and some others; I returned today to ask about installing shocks I was gifted for my 2011 Jetta. After a lecture on how he (owner pictured) has to pay the bills, thousands in rent etc. he refused to install my shocks, but suggested I try elsewhere. I asked him for a quote, bc maybe I'd sell my gifted shocks on FB Market instead? He seemed a bit annoyed & too busy, but calculated a quote of $1720.93. About 50/50 parts vs almost 7 hrs labor & a sign nearby to add 3% for use of all credit cards. Nah, I'll take this as the fast track way to lose a former happy customer. I went Saturday to change my break pads and rotors since they told me at another shop that they needed to be changed. I know nothing about cars and I feel they take advantage of me at most places when I take my car for service. Saturday evening I went and when I told them about the job that needed to be done, they immediately tell me the rotors won't need a change since it's a 2023 car, then they took it for inspection and they told me they still have about 15,000 left and no work needed to be done and didn't charge me anything.
