This is my first time here and I was blown away by the professionalism exhibited by all employees. They had modern equipment and the tech took the time to take me to my vehicle and he explained all the adjustments that were made. No question they know their craft. I had just put new tire on the Tesla model Y and was well aware of where the tires had worn unevenly. The Technician explained that he was aware of issues related to this particular model and had made slight adjustments to compensate for the additional ware on the tires. I had not mentioned the way the tires had worn unevenly but his explanation for the adjustments he made were right on point. I have 3 other vehicles and will be bringing them here as the need arises. They charged me 1000 for a alignment on a Chevy Silverado The only reason i said go ahead was so i didn't have to drive all the way bk just to take my car somewhere else witch I should of did Getting to the point they damage my light bar it had a large crack rite n the middle of it when i had literally just got a new one rite before i took it to them Also my rims I had just got freshly powder coated had scrapes, sractches & missing powder coat on the lugs lol freaking crazy when i first saw it bk home i knew it was from them bcuz it was the only place my car had been for the past 72 hours And I could still see greasy oil finger prints on the damn rims it's like they seen what they did and said fuck it don't say anything lol As far as the quality of work I have had way better for way less cost lol they ended up costing me more money then I allready wasted with them lol but I believe n karma so it is what it is If you are a female with a nice ride or just value your money time and automobile Do not go I do not recommend read more

After inquiring at a few places about suspension work they all referred me to Arrow, that along with a lot of good reviews I decided to give them a try. Called and got a quote and when I called back to get an appointment one was available right away. I dropped my truck off early and was told it would be ready by the afternoon. I was told this on the phone initially and also when I dropped it off. This is really my only complaint about the whole transaction, the communication. I waited until late afternoon for a call and didn't get one, only to have to call and be told it's taking a while and you may not get your truck back. Now I didn't have a problem with this but it could have been bad if I wasn't able to make accommodations to get to work. A simple phone call early would have helped. The next day mid day and no call about completion, again I had to call and find out. When I arrived for pick up they were slammed and I was taken care of promptly. My truck was returned as clean as I left it and the work was done properly. I definitely recommend Arrow and will use them again even if they don't call me. read more

The waiting room is like any car repair place - comfortable enough with a TV. Can I be honest? It all feels a little shady. Tyler from Discount Tire highly recommended it since my car wasn't capable of being aligned there because of a missing tool and it made sense that I would need to go elsewhere for the alignment, but it was a little confusing that the person before and after had similar referrals. I was convinced my car's alignment was a major problem until I met T.J. What a great dude! Walked me through all of the numbers and nothing seemed to alarm him. But I really misunderstood the assignment, I guess, because he told me there wasn't a lot to be done and that they all (minus one wheel) were in the green/acceptable range. So I thought I was getting a free/$60 inspection deal, but after 20 minutes, I get charged $175 for a full alignment. My fault for not saying something then and there, but after I got home, I looked at the printout more closely and it felt like the alignment itself was a fractional adjustment when looking at the numbers. Again, my fault for not noticing, but buyer beware: Always agree on pricing in writing before saying "sounds good." Otherwise they might claim acknowledgement and a go ahead were uttered. read more

Arrow Alignment is truly amazing. I took my 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 HD Denali DRW there for an alignment. Kelly, the alignment tech came into the office and introduced himself to me .. who does that .. Arrow does. He told me what he would be doing and asked me how the truck was driving, then he went and drove the truck. He then put the truck on the rack and acquired the current front end alignment data and came back into the office to show me the data and explain it to me. He then aligned the truck, test drove it and then came into the office to review the post alignment data with me. I'm telling you .. I was blown away with that type of service!! The truck drove great on the way home. I own a couple of 1960's muscle cars and after this experience I niw know who will perform my future brake and alignment werk .. you guessed it .. My husband asked me to make an appointment for our truck to get an alignment done and I'm so happy he found/knew about this place. I called Wednesday and spoke to Rhonda - let me just start off by saying how AMAZING Rhonda truly is!! She was able to get our truck scheduled in for Friday (today) at 3pm - she was so incredibly awesome though she was actually able to get us in sooner cause I overbooked us today and called morning of to see if there was anyway we could come in sooner.. she MADE IT HAPPEN! She spoke to her foreman mechanic and both were able to get our truck in for a 10am appointment time!!! Our truck was up and in the shop getting the work done within maybe 15 minutes of getting there!! My mechanic husband is very pleased and happy with their mechanic's work!! I called for an alignment on a lifted truck and was able to schedule within 2 days of the call. I arrived early as requested to fill out paper work. Once paper work was filled out the Technician TJ came out and went over everything I wrote down and asked questions of previous work done on my truck. He then took it for a road test came back and started his work. I needed a tie rod changed out as well and he was able to get that replaced and the alignment done in under an hour. TJ walked me through were the numbers were when he started and where they ended up communicating with me the entire time. Pricing was reasonable and fair and work was efficient. Shop looked well organized and clean and employees were friendly. I will definitely use them for future suspension work on my vehicles. read more
