Made appointment week before. Arrived 5 min late, waited about 10 min, TJ, the mechanic assigned to my truck came out and introduced himself. Asked what the problem was, told him what was happening. He test drove it, put it on the rack, called me over to show me the camber needed adjusting. Done in 45 min. Truck drives perfect now, like it was new! This is the best place to get an alignment. Its my second time using them. They did an alignment on a Tundra I lowered a few years ago and it turned out great. Today I took my Trailblazer SS to them after getting new tires all around. They put it on the rack and had me go out in the shop to show me it was within spec and did not need an alignment. Went in for a alignment after changing out some front end parts and for a clunking thats was occurring when in a turn ... no they did great on the alignment however when I called them back after getting my car back and driving it and informing the clunking is still there and why? Was it bad parts needing replacement ? I get brushed off with a " oh well he said he tightened it all up " and the " well u have to let it get worse before we can do anything about" like really? Took my 2016 Tesla model x for front end diagnostic and was ready for the unexpected work to be done with the diagnostics and parts ordered. It was unfortunate for me they were unable to complete the repair due to complications with the fabrication of Tesla of no fault of Arrow. Sean informed me of the bad news and offered to not charge me for ordering the parts as well as for the diagnostics fee. It would have been great if Arrow could have made the repairs but I really appreciate their compassion for not charging me for all the diagnostic work they performed. read more

Rarely do you need further adjustments after a proper alignment but it happens. Returned the next day and all issues were addressed. The tech , Kane , was friendly , focused knowledgeable . I have 3 main issues during my recent alignment at Arrow Alignment on 5441 S. Decatur Blvd on 9/2/2015. The technician stripped the threads on one strut mount and sheared the bolt on another strut mount; the alignment apparatus is old school and produces final settings of limited usefulness; posted 300-dollar cost of a Tesla alignment is not commensurate with the value or workmanship expected. On 9/19 with no work performed on the car since the 9/2 alignment at Arrow, I attempted to adjust for any small amount of negative camber left but discovered that all the upper strut mount bolts were tightened with an excessive amount of torque from the commercial grade impact wrench used by K as observed in use by me on the right upper strut mount. I assume he used the impact wrench on the left side as well. Green torque paint was noted throughout. One of the threads on the right upper strut mount was stripped by over torquing the 15mm bolt while a 13mm bolt (grade 10.9) on the left side was sheared off. Both of these bolts are only supposed to be torqued to 25 and 45-foot pounds respectively. The upper strut mounts are made of aluminum. The additional torque applied to the other bolts to compensate probably would have held the strut mounts in place for several months at least but like the sign say's on the door by the office, "just good enough is not good enough". The alignment setups Arrow uses are older Snap-On units that shows the toe settings in fractions and the other settings in degrees. I specified in my submitted specs that all settings were in degrees but the printout I received had all the toe settings in fractions so I was unable to validate the work per the Tesla service manual. I recommend to any customer interested in the numbers to have their car aligned on a Hunter state of the art alignment rack. Even the Tesla dealer will do an alignment on a model 3 for less than the 300 dollars Arrow charges. If the 300-dollar cost fluctuates then the customer should be advised of this up front. I made two calls to the technician to discuss this matter on 9/22 at 3:12pm, per Sean (Shaun?), K was on test drive so I made a second call at 3:37pm same day, and requested that Sean (Shaun?) relay a msg for K to call me as he was on another test drive. My requested call back was never returned. Let this review be a formal request for reimbursement of 58 dollars for two upper strut mounts and bolts I had to purchase. Exceptional Service, Quality Work, and Fair Pricing!! I recently made an appointment & visited Arrow for an alignment on my (Ford 2021 - lifted / special edition F-150) truck after having new KO3 tires installed. The Ford dealership had messed up my alignment multiple x previously & ruined my original KO2 tires. Other alignment shops were also worried about aligning my truck due to lift & tire size, so I was concerned that this would be a difficult task. (One of the other alignment shops I visited actually referred me to Arrow when they weren't comfortable with their own experience level or equipment & couldn't guarantee that they'd be able to get my alignment right.) **I wish I would've known about this shop sooner!!** Upon arrival it was apparent that they knew their business & their customer service (i.e. Sean) was exceptional. I was pleased to learn that they do far more than just alignments & their pricing is fair/competitive - especially considering the quality of their work & service. They completed my alignment within an hour & were able to restore my alignment back to perfect. When I returned to P/U my truck, I even took my friend back with me so she could also benefit from their service/expertise. (She was very pleased with their service & the outcome as well.)
