We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

I specifically asked them if there were any other leaks and they assured me it was just that. I brought my car in to get fixed and once it was "fixed" I drove it back home which is less than 5 miles. Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. They never got back to me they just ghosted me. 2015 Audi A6

I ended up working with Antonio, he tested my battery and said it was due for replacement. I went ahead and purchased a new car battery here. I was set to do the repair myself in the parking lot, Antonio mentioned that he can do it for me free of charge. So that was actually More than I anticipated. Thank you, Antonio. One thing worth mentioning, In terms of battery selection there was a pretty big jump between the cheapest battery for about $85 and then the next one up was $180. A little more selection in that price gap would be exactly what I'm looking for. All in all, I would highly recommend this place, if my mom was having car trouble, I would send her here.

Jewel is super duper knowledgeable... Knowing lack of oil could explain my car issues coming up the past recent 1-2 years. I've been to probably 2 different mechanics, 2 battery professional and only recently learned this year about my low level of oil being an issue. Forget my mechanics, I should just be coming to Jewel for 1st round advice at AutoZone!! Then head to mechanics for more. Jewel mentioned they know about normal typical problems like mine...which my mechanics didn't event notice or couldn't even figure out. Late 2000s Prius/My car was completely OUT OF OIL!! Jewel was nice enough to fill it up with suggested (2) STP high mileage oil (my car is 75k+ mileage) and a half Lucas engine oil stop leak solution too. And left 1 STP oil, and half Lucas oil for 2days later to investigate more on its level (and for safety to fill up at my rate of random unseen leakage). It seems like a lot of the reviews are on online orders, or some customer service? I'd imagine like attitude? It's an auto part shop, not a retail clothing shop. Or maybe some rude staff who got let go? It's like working with contractors....don't expect a smile, but expect direct technical and industry questions. Ask for Jewel, usually at 6pm-12am midnight shift.

Quite a sale right? It was recommended that purchased extra things including, a hose clamp vise and extra coolant and other things I might need. $800 dollars later, in walked away from Autozone prepared to complete this job. I was able to complete the job without using some of the coolant and the extra tools. Today I attempted to return an extra thermostat, and the hose clamp tool that I didn't use. Manger Chris L. L told that I used the item. Despite the fact that it was new, my hoses had been switched to 8mm Phillips head. There was no attempt or desire to help me or come to a compromise. I pleaded than clearly I purchased extra things with the confidence that I would return them should I not need them. I said; as a manager this feels like an exception opportunity, he said I needed the packaging. I pleaded again saying I spent over $800 with this project with the extra trips, all to Autozone. He condescendingly asked if I needed anything else. This town is full of auto parts stores. What a terrible way to lose a life long customer for $20. God bless you, Chris. I hope you make better decisions go forward when it comes to taking care of the customers who take care of you.

From start to finish, this shop exceeded my expectations in every way. First, the communication was excellent. Before any work began, they walked me through exactly what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and what it would cost -- no surprises, no upsells, just straight talk. It's rare to find a mechanic who takes the time to actually explain things clearly, and it made a huge difference in my confidence that I was in good hands. The pricing was completely fair and transparent. What I was quoted is what I paid, which sadly isn't always the case at auto shops. I felt respected as a customer, not taken advantage of. What really blew me away was how fast they worked. They finished my front brakes ahead of schedule, which meant I was back on the road sooner than expected -- a huge plus on a busy weekday morning. And the quality of the work speaks for itself; my brakes feel solid, responsive, and totally dialed in. Mark and his staff was friendly and welcoming the whole time, making what can be a stressful experience genuinely pleasant. This is the kind of shop that makes you feel like a valued customer rather than just another car to get through the door. I'll absolutely be back for future work and won't hesitate to send friends and family their way. If you're looking for a mechanic you can actually trust Mr Brake, look no further.
