I've been a customer here for several years. Where I come from, self-serve isn't very available…read moreand, if it is, it's an unorganized crapshoot. This yard style made finding parts fun again. The costs can be confusing. While there is a decent price list on the website, I was initially tripped up by the à la carte pricing. For example, I bought an instrument cluster bezel priced at $15.50. However, the bezel had the headlamp switch (9.95), dimmer switch (9.95), and cigarette lighter (2.99), bringing the total to $38.39. I had the choice to remove them or keep the extra parts. Pay attention to the components! Like any other business, you pay for everything that you take. If you don't know how this works, you might feel overcharged. Pros: - Large inventory - Well organized - Pricing is mostly fair - Helpful staff - Easy to use online inventory and pricing Cons: - Inventory has been refreshing much more slowly in the last year. - Website inventory isn't updated daily. Of course, cars aren't set on the weekend, but new inventory sometimes isn't published for 2 or 3 business days (this applies to Orlando; the Fort Pierce and WPB locations are punctual). - The aisles in the yard are soft, making it difficult to walk and move parts. - The yard is narrow and long. It's nearly a 1/4 mile from the parking lot to the back of the yard. - The website is barely usable on the iPad. (Edited to remove iPhone as it is fixed with the iOS 26.4 update - iPad version still sucks both in Mobile and Desktop site modes). My Wishlist: - Website updated daily (business days). - More pictures of the cars! Other yards post the six outside, two inside, and an engine compartment photo. - Improved accessibility with better aisles. I'm not talking about ramps or rails, just basic walkability. I frequent a few similar area yards and it's so much easier to use the paved yard with shopping carts! - Some shade would be amazing. - Sort out iPad formatting issue. It's a straightforward fix. Final thoughts: I will give them five stars when the online experience is upgraded so that inventory changes are promptly posted and more photos are included. EDITED 03/19/2026: Updated to reflex iPhone fix.

My husband speaks Spanish not very good english so he didn't know what the part was called in English. The people that answered the phone both spoke Spanish . A Dominican guy and a puerto rican lady the first time i called they put me on hold because they we're attending a customer in store . I completely understand and waited. I guess they had me on speaker or something because i didnt hear at all when he was speaking to me and proceeded to hangup on me. I called back told them they left me on hold and then hung up on me. The Dominican guy caught an attitude with me after that and said they were very busy, if you cant work under pressure and speak to the customer respectfully you shoumdnt be working there. so we asked for the part to see if they had it in store and they didn't even know what the part was called . As mentioned before my husband spoke to them in spanish bc his english isnt too good so these people work for auto shop parts and both spoke soanish but dont even know the name of the part he was saying . We had to look it up in english for them. Apart from the bad customer service they wanted to up charge us for the part because we had previously called a different O'reillys to see if they had the part and the part itself cost about $128 with taxes included, we asked the guy from the previous place we called if its the same cost for all store and they confirmed it was. So when we called this place on buenaventura they wanted to charge us $160! Bad service , they need to hire better workers with better customer service and ones that actually know the parts of the cars .

I found KingKoupe on FB and decided to message them after reading all the positive reviews. They…read moreresponded very quickly. I told them I had a coolant leak, and we scheduled an appointment. Their diagnostic inspection showed the entire coolant line/system/water pump needed to be replaced on my 2001 740i Sport. They explained everything in detail that needed to be done, and even showed me where the leaks where coming from. The quote I was given was more then fair...in fact, I was later told the hours put into the job far exceeded the hours quoted (four fold!). I was still given the original quote. The entire team is beyond TOP NOTCH! They also replaced my valve cover gaskets because they were in pretty bad shape, and they only charged me for the parts. Thank you, thank you! Trust me when I say...Angel is the BMW Master Tech you're looking for...he will take excellent care of your bimmer...and KingKoupe will not gouge you senseless like the dealer will. They honestly went above & beyond...and as an added bonus, they posted photos & video footage of their excellent work on Instagram. The waiting area is a clean and comfortable lounge with entertainment. The cost of the diagnostic inspection was discounted from the quote...and their exceptional work is back by a two year warranty. KingKoupe is the only place I will bring my beloved E38 from now on. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their BMW.

We have Maxcare with Fidelity underwriting. We only have a $500 deductible that should have been $450 by going to a repair pal. We went and were given an estimate of $752.39 in which we called CarMax and they told us that the cost KingKoupe is trying to charge us for labor doesn't match with pro demand nor does it match with what was sent in. He unwillingly called fidelity maxcare again in which they told him they will cover and we should only be charged 450. The price then went for us to pay $647. We stated we wanted to make it home and that we were told to report if we were charged more as this is against repair pal and we should not be paying more than a $450 deductible. The car was done, test driven, and sitting in the back lot by 1320pm. We asked, why we couldn't pay to leave and were told they had issues with CarMax and couldn't let us leave until payment was made by CarMax. We have a one year old with us. We arrived at 10am 9/25/26. Then I said I would call the police as I would like to pay to leave and why be under contract with CarMax if they aren't honoring service. $198 difference. All the invoices are here. They were only changed because we kept calling Max Care. All items are the same price so it shows we were being scammed in the final pricing. This is the final invoice to MaxCare not a preliminary. No excuses there are individuals who can be preyed on with this type of dishonesty.
