I went in to order a part i needed for my car it needed to be ordered and i had paid for it right there they told me it would be in the next day by 3 pm my husband went to pick it up and it hadnt came in yet they told him to come back friday after 3....so friday my husband went in to pick it up and the cashier had told him that it still didnt come in and there was not record of it being shipped that we could wait a feelw days to see if it comes in or he could do a refund and the funds would be back on my car in 5 to 7 days...we never got the money back and my husband has been in everyday for almost 3 weeks to talk to the manager..and everytime either the manager isnt there or the cashier isnt there.....i lost out on 80 bucks on a part i paid for and never got....i had to go get it elsewhere...i will never go to auto zone again read more

Was just in there and the Parts sales manager just astonished me with his level of unprofessionalism. His attitude towards a member from another buisness. Who I as his Customer of his took me in there to get a part to help me out. And the way he treated him and spoke to him with me right there. Just took me back. Tried to buy a gallon of oil for my husbands truck which left him stranded. There were two cashiers, both helping other customers. I waited in line behind the one line, when it was my turn, that cashier went in the back to socialize with what appeared to be his other friends. So I got into the next line. Same thing happened. As soon as it was my turn, that employee went to the back to socialize also. I stood there for approximately 5 minutes, listening to them laughing and giggling just behind the wall. Another worker came in from the other side of the store with a cart of parts, seemingly putting them away on the shelves. He took one look at me and hurriedly push his cart out of sight, like I might actually ask him for help. Just as I was about to give up, the phone started ringing. The phone rang a minimum of 10 times before one of them decided to break up their conversation to go answer it. He came in looked at me, didn't say a word, picked up the phone, then turned his back on me! There were at least 5 people behind the front counter, none of which had time to help me around 6:30pm on a Wednesday! It took everything I had not to shove the gallon of oil onto the ground before I left! read more
