I asked friends in the area who they take their vehicles to and Perfection Tire was the only place they said they trust, so that's where I had my car towed to.... on a Friday afternoon. Jeremy, the tech working on my car, took the time on Sunday (his day off!) to do research about what could be wrong! By noon on monday I had a call that my car was fixed! Thank you Glen and Jeremy at Perfection Tire, for getting me back on the road, and not charging me an arm and a leg to do it!

I had my eye on a Maverick - and he was super knowledgeable about all the features and differences between models. Made us feel super comfortable was easy going the entire time. After a test drive, and Angel showing us all the features - we were sold! The whole experience was great. Angel is going to be a Super Star!! Thank you Corwin!!

It took two days of dealing with an AI phone system that just looped me around before I could reach an actual person. When I finally connected with a service advisor, J. She asked me to forward it over and said she'd check with her mechanic and call me back. That was five days ago. I still haven't heard a word. I've since emailed the GM twice trying to get some kind of response, and he hasn't replied either. I haven't even managed to get an appointment scheduled, and at this point I have zero confidence in this service department's communication or follow-through. I can't recommend dealing with them.
