Worst customer service location, sent in for a battery charge something simple that they have the ability to do and equipment for it. Wasted time going back and forth with the workers at the location getting hit with excuses for them to do their job making it difficult. Will be checking in tomorrow to speak with manager. read more

I just switched out a battery for a Toyota Corolla but in going from A to B I had car problems and was fortunate enough to be close to this location. It's been years since I visited an Autozone but they had batteries in stock and Carlos was the person who helped me. I ended up with a low-mid level Duralast battery which was fine, but this is a car that was just given to me and I needed a quick change, I was totally unprepared and left stranded so I appreciate his willingness to help. My last experience another location there was an employee who actually assisted me in changing the battery which was very professional and saved me the time. When I asked if he could help me put it on Carlos was more than willing to help, but the manager on duty or supervisor said no. There were three people there at the front and the wasn't a line. His reason for saying no? Not because they don't do this I found out, but that he left to go on break right after he told him not to do it. He said to offer him a tool. How unprofessional. If you have the staff and this is something they offer to help the customer by all means let your employee assist. There are many people who have disabilities that aren't shown and some people, regardless of age have never changed a battery or tire, and you don't know what kind of situation they could be in and remember why they chose your store to begin with. Carlos helped me check the old and new battery and he assisted me in getting a refund for the core, which I am grateful for. If he sticks around my advice is don't be like your boss, you want people to know that you are there to help and that you are empathetic to their needs. It's not just another profit making business. So thank you Carlos for your kindness. read more

I went in yesterday to get information about my car mirror , the female manger there was very rude. She wasn't in the mood to help and was very rude to the employee workers. She didn't offer to look up my vehicle online for better assistance. This location needs to hire people who have proper training and customer service..!!!!!!!!! read more

Came in for an oil change (oil and oil filter) kit. Although my kit didn't apply for the Castrol promotion, customer service was quick and helpful. Thank you Nathan for your excellent service and advice!!! Nathan was friendly and made great recommendations, in regards to my potential purchase on 4 ignition coils. He explained the difference price range and warranty difference. read more

AutoZone location with Gabriel, who claims to be the manager. He was extremely unprofessional and rude when I tried to exchange a product. The item was purchased at another AutoZone location, but they had given me the wrong part number. Per AutoZone policy, exchanges can be made at any store, yet Gabriel refused and started yelling at me, claiming that returns cost his store money. He made it seem like he was doing me a personal favor rather than simply following company policy. read more

Edgar and Moises were super helpful. Went beyond customer care and helped me find a battery and all parts for my car troubles. 10/10 would recommend this shop for any car care. Got yourself a returning customer. Thanks again guys read more

Don't believe commercials that AutoZone installs your battery because I just removed the core and installed my battery. Grey shirt did not seem any way enthusiastic about helping with battery installation! When I asked the manager if he could assist me in removing the core, he discovered that wrench 11 fit my battery tie down; he proceeded to give me the tools to complete the job myself. Don't expect customer service because there isn't any here, especially for a woman. read more

My car was stuck at a restaurant 3 blocks away from this autozone. My battery was completely dead and passed its limit. Employee Jose Anaya was so nice and was willing to walk three blocks to my car to check the battery and even gave me a restart. I was able to drive my car to the Autozone and he even assisted me with getting a new battery and changing it as well. Very grateful for this kind and amazing employee! Thank you!! read more

If i could give a negative star I would so went in to buy some power steering fluid and was next the store manger Alex who was already at the register expected me to wait for 12 people that need parts and counter help. I don't believe that this store is managed well as why would you not hire a cashier to simply handle the people and let the people that know about cars be at the counter read more

Employee Oswaldo was super nice. I needed a new battery and he went above and beyond. He replaced my battery and helped me make sure I got my money back for my core. He was very helpful and even carried the old dirty battery in for me to avoid me getting any of the corrosion on myself. read more

I don't leave bad reviews but store didn't really provide that "WOW" customer service. The guy helping me out didn't seem to listen to what I was saying and kinda pissed me off so before I lost my temper I just left. Also one of the drivers from that store (skinny guy small build, brown skin, hair long at the top faded on the sides) learn to drive Dumbass, if you're in a company vehicle and you see a one person stop, one backing up, why wouldn't you stop.. wait you didn't see me because you were too busy on your phone. Also slow the hell down when you're driving down a residential area. On second thought.. I was WOWED by how inattentive the guy who helped me, and the way that employee drove that truck. read more

This store has a great Manager by the name of Leo. Leo was amazing, he had our stressful situation under control. My husband was very agitated and Leo remained calm and went above and beyond to make my husband happy. His level of service was ethical and genuine. Leo provided us with the right battery and chatted with my husband like if he they were old friends. At the end it was all laughters and a fond experience of what a true Manager is. Definitely our favorite store! read more

I went to store at first and employees states system was wrong and make me come back again for a part I just buy trough internet and Shipped wrong, but the employees in this store have a stuck up and haughty actitude, after the third time make me go again one of the employees raise his voice to a customer and not solving the problem in front of manager trow my receipt into his trash can and lie saying he is the manager. I can believe people see it all and don't care about customer service it all. Make me think all employees agrees and are trained for the same poor service. read more

Poor service from a female in a gray polo. Will NEVER come back to this specific location. She was not welcoming at all!

At first I thought this new auto parts store was going to be an Oreilly auto parts; oh how disappointed I was when I saw the Autozone sign. Even though Autozone is not my favorite auto parts store I decided to give it a shot. How disappointed I was. The employees here are couch potatoes, they don't know squat about auto parts. They have this stuck up attitude of them thinking they know it all. Please Autozone if you're going to hire someone, they should be knowledgeable not some unprofessional person. So all in all if you don't want to waste your time don't come here unless you are looking for stuck up know it all people/service. read more

Came to this autozone to recycle used oil and I wanted to applaud Jonathan (red shirt) for great customer service. I had my year old daughter with me and I could not carry the container and her together. He went out of his way to take the container for me into recycle the used oil and bring back the container cleaned and wiped without me having to get my daughter out of her car seat. I have not gotten good service at autozone before. I only go when I have to.my girlfriend and I needed new brakes. She had a lifetime warranty on her back brakes. We had trouble finding it because we could not remember the phone number that it was under. Victor, one of the workers there actually spent a good amount of time trying to help us out. I appreciated it a lot considering how busy the store was. Eventually we found the warranty and we bought brakes for me and two new ones to replace her front brakes. Ask for victor if you need help. He even helped us find a mechanic to put our brakes on. Thanks. read more

A family member visited this autozone to get some parts, but ended up misplacing a debit card in the process. I called up this Autozone and spoke with the manager about the issue. The manager just said that if the cards turns up protocol is to call up the bank and cancel it. I told her the card has the family member's picture on it, so identity could be verified and the card could be picked up. Manager said No and that protocol would be followed regardless. All in all made me feel like the customer service here is very poor. Will not do business here again. read more

very helpful guys, the new guy was pretty slow but he always had a smile and helped me and advise me on the things I needed. =)

Bad service, I don't understand how incompetent people get hired, they want to sell what they want and when they feel like it

Yadira the commercial sales manager is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with. There was a line for parts and she literally started taking a personal call and made us wait for several minutes. How she has a gray shirt is beyond me. read more
