I asked what could be causing the grinding and was told it was metal fibers in the break pads. I left feeling a little better I had checked on my car for the safety of my family but still felt the grinding when breaking. 1 week later and I looked closely at my front rotor and see it's shredded. I'm so disgusted that these men would let me leave with an unsafe car and basically diminished my concerns. I will never return.

This store is not transparent & are using bait & switch tactics. Dave did not tell me he was purchasing after market parts from AutoZone. I followed Gary Hoffer, Mavis District Manager, from Sparta STS, to Sparta Mavis to Newton Mavis. Gary is a reputable & honest man, now in Maryland. I do not feel that Dave nor Mr. McNeil are forthright. Buyer be ware.

He was also kind enough to let us wait for the towing company and let us use the bathroom. They were so kind then you so much.

From the beginning, communication was a mess--they rarely returned our calls and we had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates. The tech we were assigned to was barely ever at the shop because he worked at multiple locations, and unfortunately, he never handed off our case to anyone else. To make things worse, he clearly didn't understand the process to complete a warranty claim, which delayed everything even further. Now it's April 10th, and we just found out they also weren't returning calls from the warranty company. That's over four months wasted with absolutely no progress, all because of disorganization and lack of professionalism. I had been putting off replacing my tires since the fall because we were waiting for them to replace the rims. Anyone knows you don't mount new tires twice if you don't have to.
