I came here & they changed my bulbs for me for an awesome price. I have continued to go since then. Today I went in for a headlight and a "check parking light." the man changed my headlight no problem & he checked my parking lights and told me all the lights in my car seem to be ok. I know it'd be easy to take advantage of my lack of knowledge & he could easily charge me for something I don't really need but the guys here are always very honest. Everything is extremely affordable, the service is great and everything is made very simple. I will continue to be a lifelong customer here! :)

Napa Legend battery is supposed to have a 24 month full replacement warranty and a prorated…read morewarranty after that. My dead Legend battery was at 27 months when It died and Napa refused to honor any probated warranty and told me he can sell me a new battery for 250.00 They will now honor their own warranty. DO NOT EVER USE NAPA because of their "Out the door" warranty. This is the second time I've had this issue with them. No more NAPA. You can buy better and less expensive parts online and have them delivered overnight. Boycott NAPA.

I had a few schedule changes before my appointment and every time she was able to sort it out for me and make sure I had a set date and time to come in. They also followed up with a text and phone call to confirm everything which is great. I brought the car in for the appointment and was helped by Paul who was knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Turns out my car didn't need the recall work and I was in and out in about an hour. Paul was very pleasant throughout the experience and even complimented the shape my car was in. I was glad I didn't have to stick around for hours while they worked on my car but if I need any work done in the future I wouldn't hesitate to bring it into Sussex Honda.

This has been a few months since he bought his car and nothing. Sussex Honda does not back what they say. FYI UPDATE I did call Bob Leonard and left a message on his voicemail to call me. Of course no call back. I had to call him 4 days later. Told him that I referred 2 people to the dealership and was supposed to get compensation toward service. I also explained that my friend who was referred by me was told by April his sales agent that she would take care of it. My friend called her 3 times since June and she still has done nothing. I was told by Bob that he will give this to April and she will contact me. Well my phone still has not rang. Seems Sussex Honda just doesn't follow through with their promises. I would not do business with Sussex Honda again.

The order/deliver process was super smooth, and I've had the car serviced there several times. I have another BMW that I had been servicing elsewhere, and when I got a crazy exorbitant estimate for work I had BMW of Newton take a look - they did the work at a fair price (less than half what the other dealer proposed). They also did not pressure me into new tires and brakes earlier than needed, like the other dealer's service department did. My experience with these folks has been excellent so far, and I'd recommend them highly.

But with Ed you get the job done right and for a reasonable amount. I had a oil leak and they fixed it hands down. I had other experiences elsewhere where they changed something expensive and has to go back because was not fixed. I am soo happy that I did not have to buy a new car and it has been 2 years after the fix and still no problems whatsoever. HIGHLY Recommend!!!!

I would give this stealership 0 stars if I could my one and only visit their it was not good at all…read moreafter I explain to them the problem I was experiencing with the car they said they know what was the cause long story short they finished working on it I paid a pretty penny and boom got in the car and it was still having the same problem I went back and forth with them and of course they didn't want to admit they couldn't fix it instead fixed something else's I didn't come there for and tried to get me to pay again so they can fix it again I said hell no so now I'm giving them a few days to resolve this issue or I'm taking it further this kind of business practice is unacceptable
