Precision said they'd be responsible for replacing the head casket Took from May-Oct, missed 90% of the season. Now an oil analysis shows serious internal engine problems. So beware. Do not let them anywhere near your engine.

Never once did he come in under budget in 20 years. His word is questionable at best. There was a time when the focus was on the customer and the cars, now it's clearly on income generation. I would not recommend them for street cars, as there are quality shops nearby that do good work AND report the service records electronically. PMR does not, as all my documentation is paper and not reflected on services like CarFax. Take your race car if you don't care about your race budget. You will be very happy there.

The shipping spacers were left on the car -- something that should have been caught during inspection. When I brought the car back the first time due to driving issues, I was told it was just flat tires. It wasn't until they put it on the lift that they discovered the spacers had been left in. Even after that, the car's electronics were malfunctioning. It started revving on its own at a stoplight, triggering a call from roadside assistance because it appeared I had been in an accident. That's how unsafe the situation was. I brought the car back again, and they had to bring in an engineer to address the issue -- all within the first month of ownership. Despite all of this, I've only driven the car for three days total. It has spent the rest of the time at the dealership. Now they are refusing to exchange the car, and the only "solution" they offered was to let me walk away from my $10,000 deposit in order to get into a different vehicle. That's completely unacceptable for a car that was unsafe and improperly delivered from the start. I expected more from Audi. This experience has been stressful, frightening, and extremely disappointing.

When I contacted the owner, he would connect the horn, but I would have to pay for additional labor charge. So, I took my truck to a Ford Dealer and it was connected in 30 minutes and an additional $100 that Mendham Auto Body should reimburse me. But, that will never happen. Very bad customer service. Do not take your auto to be repaired at Mendham Auto Body.
