From the moment I mentioned warranty the lady behind the counter bombarded me with questions to the effect. Could your vehicle have caused the part to malfunction , could I have had something to do with it malfunctioning. I have been working on cars since I was 14 years old and I am 52 now. I think I know a thing or two about cars. As I mentioned before If the part was covered under the warranty Great, if not, so be it. I still needed the part. In the end I ended up getting a partial warranty price on a very pricey part BUT I sure could have done without the rude 3rd degree treatment. I left this establishment with a bad taste in my mouth.I wont be visiting this parts house again anytime soon. Sheesh.
