He listened and offered the car that I wanted at a reasonable price. Their team was open to negotiating and I got a deal on a popular hybrid model that is hard to find. I definitely would recommend this dealership. Ahmed and Wasay were great to work with. They were engaged and made what could be a stressful situation into a low stress interaction. Also, my family has purchased 3 cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, including my recent purchase. My advisor Dat Phat advised after four hours that my vehicle was ready, after waiting for three hours I decided to go walk outside. When I walked back to get my car I found my advisor was out to lunch so I just wanted to pay and pick up my car, the problem was that the other advisors would not help me check out and suggested I wait for my avisor to come back from lunch as my car was not ready yet. I proceeded to wait another hour for a simple oil change even though my advisor stated incorrectly that my car my was ready. I decided to voice my displeasure with the service manager Scott Howell. Scott was not interested in my opinion which was disappointing. On the inspection the technician noted that my passenger light bulb was out so I wanted to set up a different appointment to get it replaced. I asked the service manager how much it would cost to have the bulb replaced and he stated I would have to pay a diagnostic fee of $270.00 to start, not including replacing bulb. I thought that was ridiculous. I ordered both head lights thru Amazon and replaced both bulbs myself for a whopping $22.99. No diagnostic needed. The actual oil change was satisfactory but the staff is horrible and lacking customer service skills . I truly expected more from a Lexus dealership. A couple of simple things could have made this a more favorable visit 1. Advisor should have offered a shuttle back to my house and no form of transportation was offered. 2. Service manager had absolutely zero solution to my complaint. Should have given me a quote to replace the bulb instead of a bogus diagnostic fee that was not needed. Finally I left a note to my advisor to call me when he returned from lunch, I never heard from him again. Overall the experience was poor and unexpected as I thought that a Lexus dealership would have a higher standard. Instead I've had much better customer service at jiffy lube and that is definitely disappointing. I left feeling that Lexus didn't value me as a customer

He was able to hold the car for me so I could make the drive down with my kids. When we arrived, Blake had the car prepped and ready to go. We went straight out for a test drive, and when we returned, everything was ready for the paperwork. Because of traffic, my kids had already been in the car for over five hours and were tired and hungry. Before I knew it, Blake had asked them what snacks and drinks they wanted and ran across the street to the convenience store to get everything for them while I finished the paperwork. When I came back into the room after purchasing the car, they were all happy and content with their snacks and drinks. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly above and beyond anything I expected. My appointment was Monday at 7:30 AM, but the vehicle was not actually inspected until Tuesday afternoon. Their own technician documented dried coolant residue between the cylinder head and engine block, appearing to originate from the head gasket area. Despite this, both the service advisor and service manager declined to repair it under warranty because they considered it "seepage" rather than a leak since there was no active dripping at the time of inspection. I contacted Volkswagen Customer Care afterward and was advised to take the vehicle to another authorized Volkswagen dealership for a second diagnosis. At the second dealership, the vehicle was diagnosed within about an hour as needing a new head gasket, and the repair was approved under warranty. My experience with Winn Volkswagen was extremely disappointing. They had the vehicle for more than a day, documented evidence of coolant at the head gasket area, and still declined the repair. Another authorized Volkswagen dealership identified the issue almost immediately and approved the head gasket replacement under warranty. I will not be returning to Winn Volkswagen for future service or vehicle purchases.
