We both called to ask if he could exchange the battery for a starter -- the price difference was minimal -- but we were told flat-out no. There was no attempt to help, no flexibility, and no consideration of the situation. We left feeling that policies were not honored and that we were not treated fairly. The experience felt dismissive, and I was deeply uncomfortable with how my son was spoken to and the way the situation was handled. Based on this interaction, I cannot recommend this business.
