The technician said my sensor came off and was rolling around in my tire but it wasn't broken. So I drove to Tennessee and back and that sensor rolling around in my tire over 700 miles and that sensor didnt break, PLEASE. They expected me to pay to replace the sensor. Horrible service from the start. I ordered tires and made an appointment with them online and service was bad. Didn't have my tires so ended up getting another type tire. Had an appointment at 8 and another man had an appointment at 8:30 he was seen before me. Just make sure you get a second opinion when getting service here. Never had an issue with my system until they changed my tires no other sensor isn't broken.

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish!…read more I cannot say enough good things about Brakes 4 Less in Florence, SC! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by Kaila with the most fantastic smile. You can tell immediately that she genuinely enjoys her job and enjoys helping people. That kind of welcome makes such a difference, especially when you're already worried about something being wrong with your car. After Kaila checked me in, Cody, the District Manager, took the time to personally introduce himself and explain what I could expect. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional, and I really appreciated that he took the time to speak with me instead of making me feel like I was just another customer coming through the door. Once my car was up on the rack, I had the pleasure of meeting Dos, who explained what my car needed as far as the brake pads and rotors. Unfortunately, I didn't have the wheel-lock key with the car, which could have turned into a real headache. Instead of just telling me they couldn't do anything, Dos gave me some excellent advice and sent me over to Discount Tire to have the locking lug nuts removed. Once Discount Tire took care of that, I returned to Brakes 4 Less, and they were waiting for me and ready to go! What impressed me most was how smoothly everyone worked together. From Kaila's wonderful greeting, to Cody taking the time to introduce himself and explain everything, to Dos helping me figure out a solution to the locking lug nuts, I felt like these people actually cared about helping me. And the entire process only took about ONE HOUR! I was in and out because of a team of people who were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Looking back, I'm actually thankful my brake pads decided to give me trouble at the intersection where Brakes 4 Less was right there in front of me! Sometimes you really do end up in the right place at the right time. Kaila, Cody, and Dos -- thank you for turning what could have been a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. You have definitely earned a happy customer, and I would recommend Brakes 4 Less in Florence to anyone who needs brake work and wants to be treated with kindness and respect! Thanks, Rachelle

So needless to say not only was it going to be a long rest of the ride, but I was going to have an expected repair. My grandfather raved about Wards because he has had work on done on his car and took me there the next day after my arrival and from the pleasant hospitality from Danielle down to the excellent quality of repair, I was not disappointed. I took my car on a Thursday morning and they let me know they were closed Friday but the car would be ready Monday. And Wards fulfilled that guarantee. I never want anyone to go thru having there a/c conk out on them during the hot summer months but if you do and are in the Hartsville/Darlington/Florence area, please take your car to Wards!!!! Wards immediately fit her in and fixed the alternator so she wouldn't miss her trip.
