Got a call for 1900$ repair. My compressor went out. I obviously want to know how they came to that conclusion before I spend almost 2k. When I went back to pick up my car there was a gentleman there. I asked him about what looks like missing information at the bottom of a form that was sent. He told me the mechanic was new and didn't know the system, fair enough. But I still want to know all the information before I spend that much money. He got very defensive with me asking if I felt they didn't do a good job, or that I just don't trust them. Neither were the case at the time. Still never got the information and I probably won't be returning, as a woman being screwed over with my car a few times before the defensive behavior put me off. I just wanted to know how we got to the 1900$ conclusion.

I called first and the employee Robert was super helpful and let me know that it would be a quick fix. When I got there they were super quick and the other employee Eddie was also super helpful and let me know the condition of my tires. I already knew I needed new ones but I'm not ready just yet because I know they're pricey. But Robert quoted me on a few tires they had available and printed the quotes out for me for future reference. I'll most likely be coming back to get my tires here for sure. and if you get your tires here they give you free tire rotations.

They said they could at a minimum diagnose the issue, even on short notice. When we came in, they immediately took the time to check out the problem. They provided us with a full report and even brought us into the garage to look under the hood. They were friendly and helpful.
