But that isn't why I give 5 stars; every place I called acted like I was asking for this crazy thing to get a new axle and hub assembly! Then I called here and not only did they know what I was talking about, but they looked the axle over and showed me things I hadn't seen. Very knowledgable and extremely friendly! I definitely would recommend them if you have issues with a 5th wheel wheel/axle/bearings. BTW, $540 for the axle and hub but also for the new hub on the other wheel. Couldn't ask for more in a business! Whoever owns this place should be very happy with the two guys working that area. We called 7 businesses before coming to this shop.

Which I was fine with and was trying to determine if I should have come back toward closing time or the following day, but Sam refused to give me an estimate. Then he became defensive, told us to leave if we were going to be impatient. Clearly doesn't like being asked questions. Then it escalated from there, there was cussing involved from both of us (him and I). Then he basically got in my face, and after a moment, I told him not to; which he replied he will fucking if he wants to. So it bordered on becoming a physical altercation. He left and I went to my car, only to see that my key wasn't in the ignition. So, I told one of the other employees, who went to go and get Sam. And it continued, Sam told me he didn't fucking care. Wasn't going to return my key to me and to call the police if I had an issue with this. Which I was forced to if I wanted my property back. About the hour that I waited, saw that he did nothing but laugh and converse with another man. I wonder how he manages to get any work done with doing nothing but wasting time. And finally gave them back after the hour, telling me that he felt bad for me since the police clearly didn't care since they had yet to show up. So if someone wishes to waste their time, money and be treated like they don't matter, this is definitely the place to go. And when told him I would leave a review, he thought it was hilarious. Clearly, he doesn't care about having a bad reputation and attitude and hollered as much to him before I was finally able to leave.
