    *******1 STAR FOR TODAY TRANSACTION ONLY******* I am here right now waiting for my battery to charge!?? Because the Rep/Manager said the battery is still good. I got my alternator check and I called AAA THREE times to jump my car ( I got a slip from AAA bad cell ). The manager kept on saying I left my lights etc on... WTF NOT THREE TIMES FOOL!! Everything on the vehicle is automatic turns off. Guess what!? Bad Battery. They don't have my battery in stock (Platinum). I have to put everything back and drive to another AutoZone FML! ****! Cons: -3 YEARS FREE REPLACEMENT BULLCRAP. ONLY IF THEY WANT TO GIVE IT TO YOU! -2 HOURS TO CHARGE? Don't give me that bulls***! -Old ass tester. -No help. Pros: -Good prices. -Tools if you need them.

    PLEASE RETRAIN RUDE EMPLOYEE, HE DOES NOT TOLERATE CUSTOMERS ASKING QUESTIONS IN SPANISH IN EL MONTE!. AutoZone customer is most important person at the store, and we don't expect every single representative speaks Spanish; however, the gentleman who processed my order was so rude when I asked him a question in Spanish, he didn't let me finish the sentence and on a disrespectful manner interrupted me by saying "what?" And looking at his face tells you all. He practically invited me to don't return back. I speak both languages, but I can image people who are arriving at the store in a neighborhood 90% Hispanic! There is something a good way to let the customer know that they only speak one language. According to him he interrupted customers when speaking Spanish because "he doesn't want them waste their time" ‍there is not reason to acting rude by saying "What?". For people like him, business are losing good customers.

    Worst customer service....they couldn't even brake a 50......it looks like all they do is eat sandwiches
