The service person never even looked at the other tires. One of the tires is brand new so that would not constitute 4 Tires to be replaced. I went another service provider who was able to plug the tire and indicated that three of my tires had a very good tred and one of my tires was almost new. The second provider was honest where Firestone was just looking to make a buck. Buyer beware know how to check the tree on your tires so you don't fall into this trap.

She had her cash out and asked if she could pay the cash portion now and credit outside but the guy wasn't even paying attention, and continued his conversation with what sounded like was a vendor. So I got the guys attention and said this lady wants to pay for her gas with cash, then he finally turned around and took her money. I put my red bull down and walked out. Never going back. I always get nervous getting work done on my car, but the crew talked me through everything they were doing. They also put air in my tires and checked to make sure my lights were working well. Know that your oil change price depends on the oil you choose. I also like that they give me a breakdown sheet of what I'll need done on my car once I reach a certain mileage. I rely on this sheet because I wouldn't know how to maintain my car otherwise.
