I did a quote request thru Yelp and Branden was the first to respond. I was iffy since he didn't have many reviews, but from the very beginning, he provided great customer service. It was great that he was able to come out to me so while he was working on my car, I was able to stay inside and go about business as usual. Within an hour or so, my car was done and its now nice and quiet. Branden has definitely become the guy we will reach out to if we ever need anything car related again. oI had a deeply unprofessional and frustrating experience with Blessed Hands Garage. I brought in…read moretwo vehicles, and the service was problematic from the start. For my first car, I provided a starter, but they insisted it was the wrong part and charged me over double the price for one of their own, leading to a $978 bill for a starter replacement. When I got the car back, the check engine light remained on, and my A/C, which was working perfectly before I dropped the car off, had stopped functioning. While they had my second car to fix a rattle, they quoted me $1,300 for a brake job and claimed I needed a new battery. When I went to pick up the vehicle, it wouldn't start. When I questioned the owner, Alex, about whether the car had been test-driven and asked to inspect the work before paying, the situation escalated rapidly. Instead of addressing my concerns, he refused to let me use a simple wrench to check the battery and, remarkably, called the police to issue me a criminal trespass warning. I was forced to pay the $1,330 bill just to be allowed to swap out my battery, only to find out from the auto parts store that my original battery was perfectly fine--it just needed a charge. To top it off, I was then threatened with having my car towed if I didn't remove it immediately, despite having no transportation. This shop lacks basic accountability and customer service. I spent roughly $2,400 in total and left with more issues than I started with. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for automotive repairs. So there is a warrenty for the repairs 1 year for the labor and two years on the parts . Both of the cars still had the check engine light on after the repairs and I had no way of asking . I was told I needed a battery that only needed a charge, was not helped unless I paid first. So I have two cars that still need repairs and have no recourse if the repairs done don't last. This just seems strange to me. To be given a No Trespass and no response to why the A/C not working in the Accura ad no way to bring either of the cars back for any warranty work? That is why I am posting NOW because I want others to be aware of what might happen to them when looking for a repair shop.

They are busy, but were able to get started on it the first day, and found it was not the front piston after replacing. They were able to keep under covered parking while they worked through the possibilities, replaced rear pistons and some other needed parts along the way, and turned the rotors and it is now braking better than ever, and they did it all at a reasonable price. They are talented mechanics, I highly recommend them for any work needed, old or new cars.
