On Christmas Eve she helped my mom and I not only figure out what new lights we needed for our car and look up the part number but went as fast as to install them for us with an explanation as to how to do it in the future. I was checking out during a theft. The manager Tony excused himself from me to take care of the incident. The woman stole a battery, and the man brandished a knife outside of the store. Tony made sure to keep the robber and weapon out of the store. When everything was calm he returned, apologized, and finished my transaction. Not bad. Just like any autozone. They will change your wipers, lightbulbs and batteries for free just as long as you purchase it from them. My Acura had a bulb out in the headlights as I was driving home and I got pulled over for it but thankfully there was an autozone within a distance and I told the officer that I'll replace the bulb with a new one ASAP which literally right now if he doesn't give me a ticket. He let me go with a warning and watched me pull in autozone. I had to wait a few minutes before an associate came out to help me but it wasn't a problem though, he went out ahead and showed me the bulbs that were available for my car, and I chose the one I wanted and he offered to put them in for me which caught me off guard. I forgot his name but anyway, I thanked him so much for offering that free service and he told me that any autozone will be glad to replace your bulb, wipers and battery if you just ask them. It was really dark at the time in which I'm really appreciative that my cars bulb was fixed during the evening time and also saved me a ticket! read more

However this location in specifically, was very unhelpful Eduardo in particular was very bad with Customer Service quite unprofessional, wasn't even wearing proper uniform (he was wearing a plain gray T-shirt rather than a red employee shirt like every other employee) he also showed no interest in helping a loyal customer of Autozone. Even though he was behind the counter on the computer acting as if he was there to do his job of helping customers with respect. He actually gave attitude and suggested that I go to Home Depot to buy a socket rather than a tire iron from the store. I tried to return a part that I purchased at another location and the store manager wouldn't let me return the product. Not only that, but he was incredibly rude and told me that the product looked like it was from Amazon despite the box being unopened. I had to drive out to the other location where they gladly accepted my return and even said that I should've been able to return the product at any AutoZone location. This store offers a different return or exchange policy than every other stores though its also owned by the corporate. David denies the return or exchange of the item that I got from the Autozone with the reward card by claiming that I must have the receipt. When I purchased the item, the clerk assured me that I can provide my phone number of reward card and it will be in the system in case I need to return or exchange. I have not used the item and wanted to exchange for the store credit but David with glasses, who worked on Sep 3, 3:30pm, changed the corporate policy to refuse the return for store credit of the goods. The regional manager should check with this store to have the right training done to front checkout clerks. If a clerk likes David would keep providing bad service to loyal customers with reward program by refusing to follow the corporate policy, the HR should consider laying him off. read more

Firstly, everything was fine inside the store. A young man was professional and helped me find the part I needed. My complaint is about the lack of concern the manager has for the outside of the building. When I drove into the parking lot, there was trash everywhere. It looks like they never bother to clean it up. The way a store looks on the outside influences what your customers think about it when they walk in. It looks like a slum and makes me feel like I'm in a bad part of town. I will be going back to O'Reilly parts on Superior where I don't feel like I'm going to get mugged. read more

The guy working gave me the options of giving him a part number or I'm out of luck, did not even attempt to research anything. I'll go to another location or purchase it directly from Nissan.
