As I strode at the end of the aisle waiting for service. I gave them 15 min to come help. I finally left and went down the street to Advance where I was in and out in 5 min. I understand being short staffed but not having an awareness of customers waiting is not acceptable, considering the store has everything locked up and is no longer self service.

I like AutoZone and I want to stay a customer but when they're incompetence cost me time with my family then I have to reconsider. As example, I just showed up to this location wanting to buy a couple lightbulbs which the AutoZone app says are in stock. There are app and Google maps and Apple Maps show that they are open until 10 PM. However it is 8:44pm when I took the photos attached to this review and they are closed. That's piss poor AutoZone. I don't care if young people don't wanna work for the price you wanna pay, or the pandemic or any other excuse you got, if your store operating hours say they close at 9 PM then you should be closing at 9 PM not 8:43 not 8:50 8:59, 9 PM.

Most of the customers where middle age or older and they didn't realize there was a self check out so he just moved there stuff over without explaining why and pointed at the screen. Called 800 to ask them to cancel the order and was told I had to go to the store to have them do it, and then call them if they will not cancel the order then; only WHILE IN THE STORE. I have already purchased the part at another Autozone. One would think they would see it then, after giving them my number and pulling up my account, and say "Hey, I see here you have an open order here".
