They were on the list from an insurance claim to get our car fixed. They would not look at in person without an assignment. So I would avoid this place as why would you assign your claims to them first. So I recommend going elsewhere and meeting the shop before you make you commit to them... This place is fabulous! Every part of the unpleasant process of dealing with a car accident is made a pleasure. The are fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and they do the highest quality work. This includes their customer service. In a world where customer service has become optional rather than the rule, Caliber Matthews knows what is important. They handled the whole insurance process including the rental- no hassles. They got the estimate done quickly, got me in for service within a few days, and finished the job earlier than expected. Then... I noticed a couple days after picking up the car that a headlight was out. Could have been just a coincidence but It was annoying. Caliber took the car in, pulled the bulb in 5 minutes, went out, got a replacement and then charged me nothing for the service. That is amazing, and why, although I hope I don't see my favorite body shop again for a long time, I will only go to Caliber Collison, Matthews. Amazing folks, Amazing organization. read more

The service on my mother's car has been awful. She dropped her car off in late May and it wasn't looked at until late June. She now has to pay well over the 30 day rental from insurance out of pocket due to the delayed time on her car repair. This is ridiculous and not good customer service at all. God willing you don't get in an accident and have to use Caliber Collision. It may two months to get it fixed... or more!!!! read more

My car was hit by a dump truck and needed to be repaired. My insurance company suggested Caliber. Linda was my estimator. She did a great job of keeping me informed about what was happening with my car. My insurance company even told me how much they like working with her and this shop, so that made me feel like they would do a great job. All of the parts for my car came in quickly, and my car was finished when they promised it would be. You can't tell anything ever happened to it. It looks brand new. I had a recent issue with paint peeling on areas of my car that were repaired years ago by B&R Body Shop before it was Caliber Collision. I spoke with Norbert Skoczek and although he explained Caliber was not required to honor the warranty from the old company he was very understanding of the situation I was in and agreed to help. The service advisor Blade who handled the repair was friendly and helpful as well. The repair was completed on time and my car looks great. LOVE this place! My husband ran over a tire part at night in my Lexus RX 350. We did not think there was much damage and took it to a different body shop with an estimate of $2600. We were floored. Called our insurance company USAA to place a claim (didn't think we needed to) and they suggested Caliber. We took it in for an estimate and told them our deductible was $1000. We left the car and then they called us back to look at the car on the rack. They worked with us to only repair the necessary items (not driving up our cost and insurance costs) with a cost of $500! The manager, Jeff, came and introduced himself while the car was on the rack and told us that they are a continuous improvement place--always striving to do better. Linda, our adjuster, was awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and great to work with. Most of all, this shop has integrity and shows the ability to do the best thing for the customer while making sure the work is top notch! read more
