Terrible app pick up policy. Paid for item on app and the account used my partners card. Regardless of me having and showing my ID and presenting the card, and showing that it was done on my app. I wasn't allowed to pick my item up. If that is such a tough policy they should allow an option for another persons name to added for pick up like most other places with in-store pick up rather than just be dismissive and rude. Not everyone is a criminal Dakota who clearly needs improvement on being dismissive and and how he speaks to customers. Even listening to him on the phone while waiting he clearly sounds like the workplace Karen. Update: Asked the order to just be canceled and was told it was. 10 days later upon checking the card statement the charge is still there and the order still open. Dakota clearly had some chip on his shoulder, I had a brief yet unpleasant experience and this clearly shows his mind was elsewhere. Called 800 to ask them to cancel the order and was told I had to go to the store to have them do it, and then call them if they will not cancel the order then; only WHILE IN THE STORE. I have already purchased the part at another Autozone. One would think they would see it then, after giving them my number and pulling up my account, and say "Hey, I see here you have an open order here". At the end of the day they should just cancel the dang order! read more

So I needed a new battery installed in my car so I called the location on Tryon to see if they can give me a price and help. the first time I called a rude black girl picked up the phone and immediately told me to hold. I guess she thought she muted her self but I then heard her complaining about customers and saying how she are "sick of these people". I then hung up and called back and got a nice gentleman who advised he could help. So I Immediately get in my car and drive over. When I get there there are only two young ladies and one of which I'm sure was the rude associate by her voice. I explained the situation and she told me "we don't do dat". So I explained that I just spoke to a nice gentleman named Dominic and said he can help. She then tells me she's and then other lady is the only one that's there and they don't do that. So I left. Disgusting customer service. Not to mention she was on her phone with her airpod in her ear the whole time. Fire that little girl read more

Was coming home from the mall when I realized my headlight had gone out . I stopped here to get a new one. The young lady there tonight helped my pick out and install new ones. I'm thankful for the help as I don't know much about cars. And she got me back on the road and on my way home in no time. Thank you!! read more

My car battery is acting strange. the Auto Zone guy checks it says it's good just needs a charge. He says it'll be an hour. Now there's a guy ahead of me and I see nothing being done to his car. I ask him and he says they finished with his battery 45 min ago, he's now waiting on something else. I go inside and the guy that was assisting me walks by like he's never seen me before. I end up standing in line, get to front, tell the guy "Hey I've been waiting over an hour to get my battery charged" Guy then asks, have you taken it out of the car? At that point I was done and let them know it. Not a problem taking the battery out,the problem was I was never told rhat initially, no one apoligized or anything I was just left forgotten in the parking lot. . I get that this is a free service, but this is ridiculous. read more

Great customer service! Reggie had a can do attitude and replaced my brake and signal lights. I was in and out in no time. Thanks again!

Super helpful- my battery died at the airport and they helped me put a new one in when my car was dead in the parking lot.

We could not find a certain part for my car and instead of stopping there Kalyam (i think) checked all surrounded auto zones and they didn't have it so she called another place and had them pull it for us!! She also gave us a drink for waiting so long!! Talk about above and beyond ! read more

This is my go to place for my car stuff. Great service! They're knowledgable about everything. If they don't have what you need, they can tell you where to get it. I've never had a problem with them. read more

And knows more than most people... rude and unprofessional read more

Bad costumer service. They told me what was the problem in a piece of paper but didn't explain nothin. Latinos serán mal atendidos.

If I could give it -5 stars I would! I was there getting pure antifreeze so I needed some distilled or de-ionized water so I asked a female employee who started laughing saying they are not a convenient store and making jokes about me wanting water saying that she can get me water from the fountain remarking that my request was absurd. While she laughed more she offered a bottle of water to what I said the water I want is not to drink and walked away. Later I wanted to google it and make her read it so she wouldn't embarace herself with her ignorance but I don't have time to train their employees in customer service and knowledge of the product, unfortunately she was at the register for us too. She should thank my husband I didn't call to file a complaint with her employee number because he feels bad she could lose her job. What a bad experience won't go there and won't recommend it either. read more
