I just left this unprofessional store and staff it is the third time and the last time that I will ever shop at this store. The last 3 times were bad -- but this time is the worse. Well when I went in the store I asked the woman for a fuse for my radio. The woman went with me to my car and could not pull the fuses out because of her long finger nails. She said that she would get one of the men to come out and help me. Well I waited and waited out in the hot sun and nobody every came out. I just had surgery for Cancer and the left side of my face is taped up. No I didn't say anything to the woman who waited on me about my Melanoma. You would think common sense would tell her that I was sick and not to just leave me standing out in the parking lot by my car. I got tired of waiting and went back in the store. I held the door open for one of the clerks and a customer. No thank you from either of them. Wow what manners where were they raised? I stood in the store and watched three men walk around and look at me and NEVER ask if they could help me. I will spend my money at another auto parts store. NO MORE AUTO ZONE FOR ME! read more

I come here once in a while since it's near by my work. Came to pick up Sylvania zXe bulbs for my new truck since i like these bulbs and didn't want to go HID as of yet. The place is a nice store parking lot is kinda tight when it's full. The down side when the store is busy is the checkout time can go slow the last two times i've been here the checkout time was below par but i can't blame the cashier the customer was holding up the line but they only had one cashier with several workers around so they need to jump on them registers faster when the line starts to grow. My car's check engine light went on, so I did some research online. I read in a few forums where people suggested autozone because they could check the car computer for free and tell me the problem. I drove to this location and spoke with the person working the counter. "My car's check engine light went on yesterday and I heard that you guys could check it for me". His reply was: "You heard wrong". What happened to the days where customers are always right...even if I was wrong, why would you answer a customer like that? Came in at 10 to charge battery. Came back at 11 and the supposed manager nonchalantly says "oh yeah...he forgot to plug it in". Like wtf are you serious???!!! No apology or any sense of remorse. The black dude at the counter wasnt any kind of help either when i brought it in. Both of em looked disgruntled and unhappy. I want to reccomend this Auto zone because of the staffs wonderful service !!! They went above and beyond to assist me and my friend as our car broke down. They not only helped us find the parts to fix the problem the team assistant called a nearby mechanic to help right away ! He arrived super fast and fixed the cars issue with caution and excellent customer service along with a reasonable charge. Had a rough morning where my car wouldn't start. Had to get a jump from a neighbor. I came in first thing in the morning. A gentleman approached me and asked if I needed help. He then took it from there. Brought out some tools, checked my car battery, made recommendations and installed a new my battery for me and even replaced my airfilter. I didnt have to do anything but pop open my hood. Overall great experience. I wish I could have shook your hand but you said you didnt want to get my hands dirty. So thoughtful! Worst autozone in the area. Fat manager man is always rude. I asked him what does this tool do exactly and responds with " I don't know, I'm not stupid enough to work on my own car, that's why I have a mechanic.". Came in later on with a dead battery I bought within the year. They Claim I still have good battery. it wouldn't be good if it died within a year. didn't honor warranty. Wish I could give this place less than one star. I've gone to this store over the years because it's conveniently located. Last week I went in to get my battery checked. The girl who helped me did not know how to attach the machine to my battery....because she could not find the battery in the hood of my car...! Anyway, after letting the machine read, she told me my battery was fine. Obviously I didn't trust her so I took my car to my mechanic, who showed me the "dead cell" reading on his machine. So the last couple of days my car kept dying and I didn't know why. I thought my alternator or battery was going out. So I stopped my local autozone to get the battery checked. They said both my battery and alternator was good. So I showed them what I did to make the car turn on. Vincent Mercado helped me out and installed some type battery shins on my positive terminal and now my car has no issues of turning off randomly. I thought I was going in there for to spend $150 on a new battery when in reality I just $2.73 and got my battery working all good again! Thanks Vincent! Appreciate the help man! read more

very unprofessional, the customer service are very poor if there is negative star i would give it negative five. i ordered a parts and confirmed will be arrived the next day and when i got there they said there was no parts ordered from the warehouse and the manager called all the stores near and it took forever to confirm if they have it on stock. it was a nightmare experience if you guys want to buy a parts that needed on time never go to this shop. unless you want the parts by next year or so. i recommend oreilly than this store read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have always been autozone loyal but this autozone single handedly ruined that for me. Drive to the O'Reillys a block away. Consistently there is one person hardly working the cash register, a line of 15 customers, and voices of ~4 employees in the break room doing nothing. I quit using this autozone for this reason. I thought I would give it another try today about a year later, nothing has changed. read more

It is a hit or miss with the staff at this particular Autozone. The selection is typical of all the chains. I got two stories: one dealing with getting a full cash refund and another with parts. A few months back I purchased a catalytic converter off the Autozone that was supposedly 50 state applicable (which when it came in it was not, the box even had a sticker that stated "Not for California"). The return policy for Autozone (which is awesome) stated you can return it to any Autozone store for an exchange or refund. I wanted the refund. I took it to that Autozone and the manager needed to ring it up. Since it was a Not of CA item, the computers at CA register it as an illegal item. Luckily, after dealing with the very suspicious manager (who I initially complimented before the transaction as this branch is recognized as a better Autozone via sales, etc.) she was easier to deal with at this time. I got a full cash refund but took over 45 minutes with her playing phone tag, re-reading return policies, etc. The second story is dealing with a regular sales associate. I went in to buy oxygen sensors for the front and rear (almost close to $200). I was pretty adamant that I needed the one closest to OEM because I already knew that my car (Honda Accord ULEV version) had all the weird requirements. The sales guy even had the same car as me which we went over about and I was going to hook him up with information leading to a another catalytic converter. So he sold me the spark plug wires and oxygen sensors. I asked about returns he said they only do exchanges for the sensors and I was off. Turns out the front sensor was wrong. I came back to return and they wouldn't take it even for an exchange. The hard to deal with manager was hiding in her office and I already knew the typical Autozone run around and I wasn't gonna spend another hour there. So the reflection: The Kragen down the street is much easier to deal with and I always drive past this Autozone with disgust. The service here is horrible. Even with an opportunity to upsell me on a "better" oxygen sensor that matches OEM, that road was not taken. There is no point for me to ever shop here again since other stores offer better service with the same products. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in an automotive store. I watched other customers leave the store in frustration due to how slow service was. Angel A. attended me even though he was "off the "clock". Because of this he walked me over to the item I requested & then placed me at the BACK OF THE LINE because he was off the clock. Unbelievable! I then had to wait for 4 other customers to go ahead of me. Why not just say "I'm off the clock... the next employee will assist you". Things could have gone smoothly but not with this kind of nonsensical behavior! I requested power steering fluid & was given transmission fluid instead. I didn't notice it at the time of purchase because I was so mad about how my purchase was mishandled. The next day I went to use my purchase & noticed it wasn't what I asked for, so I went back. Spoke to Angel & his manager again. Was told that Angel had told me my car uses transmission fluid in lieu of power steering fluid & that he had explained this to me. If this were the case, I wouldn't have taken time out of my day to return to this store. When you talk to customers, Angel, make sure they hear you as you speak through the mask. Both he & his manager were satisfied with his behavior. I won't be back. So many other stores available. I'll be spending my money with them instead. read more

This place is alright. I called over the phone over an issue with a battery I bought at a different autozone (diagnosing of electrical demons). I had that battery on a charger for about 1 day at home. The guy over the phone said to bring in the battery and they'll load test it. After testing it they said they'll charge it. It was already at 13V why do you need to charge it? They insisted so I said fine. I come back an hour later and now they said we couldn't charge it since it's full. Uhhhh okay? On January 15, 2016, I went to this Auto zone to have them test a battery that i purchased from them a couple of weeks ago. I got the run around because of course they do everything they can not to honor the warranty. They took my battery to "test" it and told me to come back two hours later. I call the store 3 hours later and spoke with the manager. I was told to come to the store for the battery. I arrived at the store and was told my battery was not ready and that they haven't done anything to the battery yet. I got more of the run around from the manager and he didn't give a shit about wasting customers time and he actually thought it was funny. When I get the managers name, I will post it. I suggest people avoid this store since the managers and employees don't care about customers. There is an O'Reilly auto parts store around the corner from this Auto zone.
